I researched manufacturers and it came down to LG and Samsung. We went with this LG because of budget and it was on sale, it has not disappointed us yet. It's quiet, maintains even temperatures, has great lighting, and looks great. My only complaint is the fridge ended up being a little taller than the specs and I had to shave some of the bottom trim off of the upper cabinets to slide the hinge covers underneath.

I researched for weeks and finally decided that this was the refrigerator that best suited my wants and needs. Ice maker mounted in the door was a MUST for my wife. Ice maker works very well and fast. Shelves on the refrigerator side in the door are deeper than most of the other refrigerators we considered. Love the stainless steel finish. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Freezer works great. Doesnt over freeze the ice cream. Lots of sleving for storage which is a huge plus for drinks. Install of the water filter was very easy. The ice maker works ok. Just cant fit a 32oz water bottle under it. The water dispenser needs getting used to. The water kind of splashes out onto the floor if you dont get it right, but you can fill large containers with it.

wish it had an option for deli drawer it is very well lit and very quiet

Great refrigerator for the value. Nice side by side model with an in door water and ice dispenser. Stays clean even with messy kids going in and out every day. Easy to take care of and ample room. Highly recommend.

Overall the refrigerator is great. Interior space in the fridge and freezer is much larger than it appears. Shelving placement options make it very easy to adjust for larger items. Only major issue was that we did have to remove the doors to get it in and they were much more difficult than past refrigerators. That is my only complaint though

I read about and looked at more than a dozen refrigerator freezers--freezers on top, bottom, and side-by-side, French door fridges, as well. None of the 26cu ft refrigerator freezers had as much efficient and real storage space as the LGLSXS26326S. The in-door ice and water dispenser leaves all the freezer shelves free for storage. The arrangement of storage space in the refrigerator is simple and efficient. Space is not wasted by lots of plastic compartments. I would like one additional option for spacing my shelves for tall items, but I'm sure I'll get accustomed to the arrangement I have. The deep door pockets enable me to put lots of little jars (usually lost at the back of shelves) where I can spot and grab them. I would like one additional adjustment option for a wine bottle in the lowest fridge door pocket. The only feature I do not like about this fridge is the cover of the bottom fruit/vegetable drawer. The drawer is a great size, but is deeper than the drawer above. A loose plastic piece covers that extension. It’s in the way when opening and getting into the bin and fiddly to adjust when closing it. I may decide not to use it. Other fridges had more significant annoyances than this one. I have to admit there is one feature I very much miss: the stainless doors do not hold my countless magnets.

Tons of room, milk fits in the door, has an alarm that sounds if left open, ice, water, love the ice maker in the freezer door freeing up tons of room in the freezer. Best side by side (our 4th) we’ve owned by far and also by price comparison the best also. First Samsung appliance ever purchased so we’ll see how that goes but so far absolutely thrilled with it.

I like the refrigerator, my only complaint would be that it is sometimes a little noisy depending on what cycle it is going through. That being said, I would still buy it again.

I PURCHASED THE STAINLEES STEEL. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THE ICEMAKER IS ON THE FREEZER DOOR. THIS LEAVES MORE FREEZER SPACE. I LOVE THAT THERE IS A TEN YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MOTOR. VERY EASY TO PLACE AND FIND THINGS ON THE SHELVES. LARGE SPACE FOR BIGGER BOTTLES. NICE SIZE TRAY FOR STORRAGE.

We purchased this refrigerator last month. The size is perfect and the temperature control is awesome. We love the ice maker in the door because it gives more shelf space. The only thing I miss is a meat drawer in the refrigerator portion. It's been working excellent and we have no complaints

The salesman was great lots of info which was very helpful the price was great the delivery was on time and did a good job installing it I would recommend they have proper gloves and tools they need for there job

We really like our fridge! It is spacious and allows flexibility with the removable shelves. You can decide the height and number of shelves. The fridge has a nice feel too it too.

I like that this is a very quiet unit; I have hardwood floors and sound carries in my house but even so, this fridge makes minimal noise. On the inside, the adjustable shelves on both freezer and fridge side make good use of the space. The drawers are see through and slide easily. My only complaint is that the water dispenser dispenses out of an unexpected place, so the first time anyone gets water out of the fridge, they will probably get squirted if you do not tell them ahead of time to move the glass up a few inches from where the ice comes out.

After a horrendous experience with two large Maytag French Door refrigerators over the course of two years (the first one and then it's equally sucky replacement), involving spoiled food and long waits for the warranty repair service, we opted for a "back to the basics" fridge. So far, the fridge and freezer appear to be sustaining the correct temperature and the icemaker is working. We don't like how the water spigot is separate from the ice dispenser, but honestly, we are just so happy to have cold food and ice. It's only been 5 weeks though, so can't say that it will stay this way.

Our experience purchasing our new refrigerator from the sales representative to the delivery men was first rate. We had no problems. It was delivered on time. It has lots of space. We love our new refrigerator!

Love the ice maker water setup on this fridge. Got this because I had health issues with stooping to get stuff out of freezer and like the flexibility of shelf arrangement

The first LG they sent had a dent in the door and you could hear the fridge running from two rooms away. After a week and half of that disaster of a fridge, another one was sent out and so far so good. The first fridge gets ZERO stars, the second one gets 4 stars.

We have had this fridge for a few weeks and so far no issues. The ice does make a loud sound when it drops into the empty ice maker and the fridge/freezer makes a faint hissing noise when you first open it. I will say the doors had to be removed during our delivery to get it inside our home so we may need to check that the water line in the door has been connected properly. It's not very loud, but I wouldn't call it quiet when it's running. Overall, so far we would purchase again, but not for our home as I would have rather the doors not have to be removed when delivered. Oh yeah, got this to replace a Bosch with a compressor that conked out after only 6 years!
