Worst Customer Service No respect for Customer

I would not recommend you to anybody with customer service like we got. You have the worst customer service, no communication. I would not recommend your store to anybody! So do you think you can finish doing the job we paid for already? If it's not too much to ask, ONE P'D OFF CUSTOMER.

Make sure the water line is securely connected and free from kinks or blockages, and that the filter has been replaced recently—this plays a key role in ice quality and production speed. Miss information from BestBuy

FYI Bestbuy won't install the new water line. The info in the website is missinformation. If i know BestBuy won't install the new fridge water line. I should have just bought the regular fridge no water line .

Worst service

I waited fir 12 hours on the delivery date, and nobody showed up or even called to reschedule. I had to call and wait a long time on the phone then go to the store to get another date 6 days later. Great deal of inconvenience and disappointment. Thank you, best buy, but never again.

Leaks and dents

Delivery men deserve a raise!

They came damaged out of the box. Awesome delivery men. They had absolutely nothing to do with the damage. They cared way more than Best Buy.

Awful installation people
