    I am so pleased with my LG Side by Side Refrigerator! The Best Buy Agents who delivered it were very nice and careful bringing it into my house, they were Wonderful! But the Refrigerator is Amazing, it has an app that you can see on your phone that tells you a lot about your Refrigerator. I Love it, I am so glad that we bought this particular Refrigerator!

    Great quality, the storage is roomy and the ice machine works great, the water doesnt come out cold which i think there might be a setting im missing but the water filtered and the ice comes out both cubed and crushed so its working for us! Great fridge i would recommend this!

    Great replacement for my previous LG fridge. The icemaker is a bit loud at times which is expected, however this style works better for my space and I love the layout of this unit as it's easier to organize and find food items in the freezer.

    Very good fridge/freezer, but measure your counter before you buy it. It’s much deeper than I was expecting and sticks out past my counter. Still, great product. And, the staff at Best Buy was extremely helpful with purchasing all of my appliances.

    Have had this refrigerator for almost 5 months. The temperature in the refrigerator is set as low as it can go. (33°F) I have multiple thermometers inside and the refrigerator temp sits around 40°F-44°F. Over night, when the fridge is not opened at all, the lowest temp record was 37°F. Have been on the phone multiple times with LG and had a repair company look at it multiple times and change multiple parts with no change in its operation. Also, the ice maker has never filled the ice bin. The fullest it has gotten is maybe half full, at best. Most of the time I can get a glass or two of ice and then it's empty. LG is still insisting on having a repair guy come out yet another time and will not authorize a return or exchange. Grabage.
