Like the look and how well built it is. Drawers roll smoothly. Freezer works great. Not a ton of space for taller items. Water dispenser is not intuitive and has caused people to miss their cup when trying to get water.

Beautiful fridge, great features. We looked at several fridges before deciding on this one. I particularly like it because it's ice and water dispenser doesn't take up a huge amount of the interior fridge space like over manufacturer's fridges.

Fridge great. Cannot rate ice and water since installation crew damaged my water pipe one month later still waiting for plumber to come and fix their damage so that I can have ice and water not happy about this part

This is a really nice refrigerator and we love the features. Make sure to get the 5 year best buy protection plan. With all of the fancy gadgets, you'll want to feel extra safe with such an expensive purchase!

A great purchase! The French doors are great and we upgraded to the more expensive version for the sliding shelf and what a lifesaver for what we keep in the fridge. The size is great and everything works as expected.

Great product! The salesperson at the McKnight Best Buy store was very knowledgeable about the product, and we purchased it based on his recommendation. We are very pleased, and the refrigerator/freezer is just what we were looking for.

We have had this fridge for about a month now, and really love the size of it. My only issue is that the water tastes like plastic for about 3 weeks, not after a gallon or so has run through it (like the owner's manual claims).

My wife and I were actually looking at a Samsung but chose this one instead, it was the better value, bigger and not that much more. My only complaint is the food is too cold, I need to learn how to turn down the temperature setting.

Great unit and have not found any flaws. Only thing I wauld like to see is different colors and finishes. Get with the times everything is customized to user preference.

I bought this refrigerator 10 mos ago. It is roomy, bright. I love the French door style. Freezer is big, it can fit alot of stuff. Our ice maker has started to become jammed. When you push the button, no ice comes out. You have to unjam it, then it all falls out making a huge mess. That is my only complaint. Other than that I love it. Very happy with the purchase over a side by side fridge. I can actually see what I have inside. Hopefully the warranty will fix the ice maker.

LG makes great appliances, and this refrigerator is another great product from LG! I would recommend it to all my friends! I love the new ice maker!! Best Buy also made the best deal for me with a great financing plan!

Great refrigerator, although the left door is quite heavy. But, I knew this when I purchased, because the ice maker is in the door. I still think it's great due to the storage it provides on the shelves.

I love the looks of this fridge. The inside lighting is so bright. I love not having to bend and stoop to see what is on the bottom shelves of the fridge. I do not like that ice splatters all over when dispensing from door.

There is nothing exceptional that comes to mind, but as an appliance does there really need to be? It does everything necessary to fit in and do its job preserving food. I would buy it again.

Love it but having to exchange . Cannot get enough of this water and ice water comes out icy cold, yes I read so much and kept reading and thinking this water is great and couldn't be colder! Great job LG

I've had this fridge for about 6 years. I have Never had any issues. Love it the only drawback is I wish it had more room for ice.

This seems like a nice unit. However, I have noticed that the ice cubes are smaller than my previous machine and therefore the ice melts faster. Also, the ice maker storage is smaller.

So far I am very pleased with this refrigerator. It has lots of room. The ice maker is quiet and has an overflow bun to allow for making more ice if needed. Would definitely recommend this.

Incredibly nice & well built. Nothing feels cheap on it & the space is overwhelming compared to what we use to have. Only minor deal is the volume of sound when it makes ice. A little distracting but it is a bucket of ice dropping into a dish, so there's gonna be some noise.
