Love our new LG fridge. It is so spacious, and the french doors make everything so accessible. Highly recommended. We were worried that the freezer drawer would be hard to get to things in the freezer, but it has been easy so far. Best Buy was wonderful in the process too. We got a great deal, and free delivery. These guys are awesome!

I read many reviews of this refrigerator and spent lots of time looking at and reading reviews of other models before purchasing it myself. Seeing more than a few reviews that spoke to a potential compressor issue, I purchased the extended warranty for piece of mind; normally something I wouldn't do. I subtracted a star for that. It was still a good deal with paying with a best buy card. So far it has met with my expectations. Works well, looks good, and it's quiet

Our new LG refrigerator is awesome. Very spacious inside. The different size shelves and drawers help store small & large bottles with ease. We were surprised even with the added space inside the unit itself fit nicely in the kitchen where our standard unit was. The stainless color is very sleek and makes all kitchen look very modern. The ice and water in the door is great. Best Buy sales and delivery went great. Would recommend this refrigerator and purchase again.

We needed a refrigerator that provide much more cubic feet than we had before, but we have a smallish kitchen with overhead cabinets that restrict the height availability. This LG refrigerator provided the most space while just meeting our height limitations. The french doors are very convenient except for one drawer that covers the entire width of the refrigerator, a minor inconvenience. The shelving is somewhat adjustable, but there is limited space for taller items. The freezer space is very deep and as an overhead slide away drawer--the only drawback is that items occasionally get buried in the the deep drawers. But they are great for large items such as a turkey. The sliding top drawer in the freezer sometimes slides off track, but it's easy to re-position. The ice maker with external access works very well. Stainless steel is a bit hard to keep clean, but cleans up well with soft cloth and dish soap (followed by a good rinsing). The fridge is very quiet and maintains good lighting and even temperature control through all sections.

Almost going on a year with this fridge and so far it's been a great experience. Water dispenser is fast, the amount of ice in the tiny ice compartment is pretty impressive, and I love the air filter's ability to eliminate odors when you turn it onto 'Power' mode when it gets stinky. Amount of space is pretty standard for the fridge's size, too.

This frig has so much room and such great features. I love the shelf that slides away for those taller items. The large drawer is great for those small items like butter, cheese etc. Some of reviews complained about slow ice maker but I would have to disagree. It makes ice quite quickly plus there is tray in freezer to hold extra ice if you are expecting crowd.

We love our new fridge we had it delivered which they set it up and hauled our old one away. Plenty of freezer and fridge space a little crowded on the doors for condiments but it works for us. Filter is easy to change and easy access on door to get ice and water. This is a great applicance and is quite.

This fridge has a great look, the led lights are bright. I love the fact that the ice maker is not in the actual freezer taking up space. Although it is small you do have the option of storing extra ice in the tray in the freezer. I haven't had the time to actually read or look at all the functions; but so far I love it.

We replaced a 15 year old Frigidaire side by side and my wife really wanted the french door one for replacement. The new one fit in the same spot as the old one and gives us more than double the room. No problems with water or ice maker. Delivery was simple...they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

New refrigerators interior is spacious much larger than old frig even though outside of old frig was 4 inches larger then new frig. With old frig fruits and veggies lasted 5-10 days before molding they now last 3-4 weeks in new frig. The interior lighting and glass shelves allows you to view all your food without moving things.

I purchased this fridge recently. It's been installed for about a month and so far I have no complaints! I love it! There is plenty of room, the design provides lots of storage space, and the operation is quiet. I especially love the water dispenser. Everything looks and works great!

Works great, shelves are easy to move. Alarm reminds my my husband and kid to shut the door when they leave it open. Water dispenser is great for large sports bottles. Ice Maker is a little slow but there is a bucket in the freezer that we fill with store bought ice when we have parties.

Some pros are the interior lighting, slim door ice maker, total space, and drawer space are all great. Some cons are no ability to rest pitcher during water fill, no measured water fill, and the door handles were damaged. Re: door handles- Best Buy was difficult to deal with to get replacement door handle. It took 3 days and numerous calls. In the end, I wound up with several new handles (no clue why), all of which had some level of scratching or damage. I gave up the hope of ever getting an undamaged door handle. This experience made me accept that Customer Service is gone in most industries. I had to move on with my life, get back to my job, and accept the fact that I paid $2000 and did not get a pristine product, on its face. Despite that experience, I would recommend the fridge. I would also recommend Best Buy up its game when it comes to Customer Service.

doors are easy to open and store products.the drawers are large and easy to open,the large freezer will hold a ton of food,however it could use more dividers, the double icemaker makes you never run out of ice..all the controls are simple and user friendly

I did a lot of research online prior to buying this unit. I paid $1599 on a Black Friday discount. So far, we are extremely pleased. It's very spacious and well lit. It's very quiet. The freezer is huge and easy to access. I love that the filter is so small and the freezer element in the door doesn't take up a lot of space. One minor gripe would be no dedicated butter area on the door but that's about it. Make sure your opening is 36" or more. Also, the delivery guys had to take the handles off to get it in the front door of my house. They didn't properly install the freezer handle but a call to geek squad had that resolved a few days later (it just needed to be tightened a little and I didn't have the tool).

My wife and I are very happy with our decision to upgrade and go with LG. Picked LG for its adjustable shelves layout, in-door ice maker, stainless steel, french doors, bottom drawer freezer. We are both surprised how much it totally changed the look of our kitchen.

Until this purchase, we usually had side by side models. I'm much happier with the french door style with the freezer compartment below. I really like the size of the ice cubes the ice maker produces. It seems to hold temperature quite well. The major downside is that the compressor is quite loud. Much louder than anticipated, but not so loud that it has caused me to reconsider the purchase. The stainless steel does show finger prints much worse than i anticipated but that is also not a deal breaker. Just requires more cleaning on the outside than expected. I like the lighting in both the freezer and refrigerated compartments. The large drawer in the bottom works well for deli meats and the variety of sliced cheeses our family of six prefer. So far, so good.

We have had this fridge for a few months now. Love the space. The fruit and veggie crisper works great. We use the narrow slider drawer for kid snacks. 4 out of 5 stars because fingerprints show easily, but it's a quick fix.

We have really enjoyed our new refrigerator! It’s beautiful and the French doors are great. The layout gives you so much more usable space than a traditional side by side. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about freezer being on the bottom but it really hasn’t bothered me. It’s roomier than I imagined it would be. The only reason I gave this refrigerator 4 stars rather than 5 is because the ice maker does not hold enough ice. I know it’s a space saver which is what I wanted but I was under the impression the extra quick ice setting would make ice a lot quicker than it actually does. It doesn’t seem any faster than the regular setting. We have run out of ice with a family of 5. Overall it’s a great refrigerator!!

So, this was our first adventure into the world of non basic standard white fridges. We are definitely impressed by the size and functionality of this fridge. Our food has stayed fresher for longer than ever before. The water/ice maker are pretty quiet and really functional when you consider the size of a bottle/pitcher that you can fit in the opening. The air purifing filter inside makes it keep our food tasting the way it should (not like the onion my wife always forgets to wrap up!). Also, it's a "smart fridge", so if anything goes wrong, you call LG, download an app on your smart phone and put the phone up against the smart port on the fridge and it sends a diagnosis to the tech on the phone. That's pretty cool! We do overall love this fridge!
