I did a lot of research before I bought my refrigerator. There were others I preferred but was limited in height. The reviews on many sites were overwhelmingly positive.I was looking for a French door after having a side by side since my childhood (I am over 50). This refrigerator is doing what refrigerators should do....my food is cold, it's making ice and dispensing water. I don't know that I would recommend a French door over a side by side. The French door costs more money and I am not finding any benefit to it. Maybe if I bought pizzas and pies? That being said, I have no complaints with this refrigerator.

It's big! It's adjustable. The lights are bright and clear, not like your grandparents old dungeon of a fridge. The bottom freezer seemed a pain in the butt, however, I'm really liking it now! Easy to access and store items, no more frozen things falling out and nailing my feet. It's door alarm helps if you forget to close it, as I do normally when not paying attention to how hard to threw the door to close it as I run back to the couch while binge watch Netflix. I like the drawers but the meat drawer sucks because you have to open both doors to open the single and wide drawer. All in all it was a sale and worthbit vs the other deals and features.

Lots of nice features, including the space saver ice maker. Quiet operation. Easy to use filters. Front electronics make adjustments a breeze.

The refrigerator is easy to set up and change shelves to meet the size for items we use. The ice and water from the door are very easy to use.

The refrigerator has very good lighting, You can see item food items on the of the back self. Temperature control is a plus. No problem for sheet cakes, it has lots of room.

Great features, holds everything and easy to get at and organize with all the bins & shelves. Sliding drawer in freezer as on most brands is really convienient and easy to use. Very quiet.

We love our upgrade. Wish it had more door storage for condiments, but overall we are very happy with this fridge. Especially like that a pitcher fits under the water dispenser.

Beautiful inside and out. Quiet and so much room! We've only had it for two weeks - so far, so good! Delivery experience was also professional and went smoothly.

Absolutely love our new fridge. The outside is very sleek and modern with the beautiful stainless steel. Very easy to use controls on the door to adjust the temp and for the water and ice. Inside is very spacious with a shelf slider for taller items. The only thing I didn't like is the door shelves are small and can't fit a lot of things like the big jars of jelly or containers of ketchup or mustard but with all the other room it makes up for it. The freezer again is very spacious with a top drawer that provide even more storage. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We purchased this fridge and within 4 days the fridge went black and no longer worked. Initially they wanted someone to come out and fix it which was going to take 2-3 weeks. I however told them we just bought it and they instead brought us a new one. So far this one has worked well and we are happy with it. I liked this one because the ice maker doesn't take up much space in the fridge and you can actually fit things in the side door bins.

Very spacious and fits a ton of food! Totally worth the purchase! Plus the ice maker is in the door which gives you more space in the freeze.

The compressor failed after three years and two months. I did buy the three-year protection plan, but the compressor SHOULD NOT fail after that period of time. LG may warranty the compressor, but most companies when directly dealt with do not honor those warranties and the pandemic makes it even more difficult to obtain repairs.

Loving this new refridgerator! So much easier to find things and organize. Nice bright lighting inside, nice drawers that glide smoothly.

This is the second fridge I've owned. Same model. The water dispenser tends to stick open, and LG was NOT helpful.

Refrigerator is working great with no issues so far. The reason for only 4 stars is that the technician that came out with the install refused to move the old fridge to the basement even thou we paid for it and was explained in the store where we wanted it with explanation to how it was to get there. We went to the store and they were just amazed as to what happen. They made a note of this and refunded us the money for the relocation that I had to do myself with help obviously.

Good service by the manager of the store. He was patient with me. He took the time to make sure I was happy. That was the key as to why I made the purchase.

I really think the roominess inside this refrigerator makes it worth the price. Everything is easy to get to inside and huge freezer area too!

I like th July s new refrigerator. Hated my experience trying to get it delivered when it was promised. Worst customer service.

compressor went out after only 6 months of use, had to wait a week to get serviced through the LG warranty department.
