Craft Ice: not so much.

It wasn’t until after we bought the fridge that we learned a Class Action lawsuit has been filed in New Jersey against LG for knowingly marketing this “flagship” fridge without admitting the known issue with the inherent defect of the craft ice maker. A Geek Squad member came out today and replaced the ice maker with another of the exact same kind. He did say he thinks LG has come out with an “updated” craft ice maker to address the problem and if I have problems with the replacement he just installed, he will order the updated model and replace it again. Otherwise, the freezer freezes and the fridge cools. The knock-knock door is cool.
