This is my first bottom freezer fridge and it has taken some getting used to. I miss the door shelves from my old side side but like wider shelf space in fridge. Major issue is refrigerator door that does not close unless you really push it. Thank goodness for the door alarm or it would be left open often. Told since it is level nothing to repair

This is very roomy and fits well with all iteams in it. Nice looking also.

I Love my new refrigerator. It is Super Quiet, has TONS of room, is nice and wide on the inside, and the freezer compartment is Very Roomy. I like pretty much every aspect of the fridge. I had a side-by-side, which was very narrow. Hard to store bulky items. I do not have that problem with this unit. The ONE downfall it have is the shelf space in the doors. My side-by-side had more space and the shelves backing this ice maker are VERY NARROW. Otherwise, this refrigerator is perfect.

I am disappointed that refrigerator did not have a water filter installed when I received it. In order to get one, I first called the salesman and then had to deal with LG Customer service who directed me back to store. Csr service rep at LG did order a filter for me after I told her what happened. Not a happy start for a $2K product.

Love the space and the hidden ice maker so that there can still be shelves in the door. Only thing is it gets fingerprints easy on the front but doesn't bother me enough to change the star rating.

We bought this refrigerator for more than half off since it was returned but never used. The handle has scratches and a dent but not really noticeable. Our only concern is that food/drink will freeze if pushed to the back of the fridge. We have the fridge and freezer set to manufacturer's specs. Will need to call Best Buy or manufacturer to get help regarding this issue.

Its spacious, fits perfectly in the space and like the freezer tray.

We had to purchase a new frig. When our other stainless frig. (Samsung) finally went out after 4 years as well as the challenges we had off and in with it during that time frame. We have a lot of LG products but, not an appliance so I was skeptical on its quality, longevity and dependability from the appliance stand point. However, It is wonderful! It has proven it's name to be a reputable one and I really like the roominess and brighteness it offers. I like the compact ice maker and the large French door freezer. It holds a lot. All in all, I'm happy with our purchase.

We looked at lots of refrigerators before choosing the LG. We wanted a modern looking, easy to care for, quiet running unit with a high quality rating.This refrigerator has not disappointed us. The only nitpicking negative is that the ice cubes make an annoying "clunk" when the fall into the ice container,; but hey, we can live with that.

I was going to walk out of the store when I spotted this grand, luxurious fridge at such a bargain! It has everything me and my wife wanted and it fits in our kitchen. The deal was greatly sweetened by the help of the seller who signed me into a Best Buy card and member's discount and point system. We are very happy with this purchase.

The fridge is not a metal front so all my magnets wont stick to the fridge, Also even though it stated it was an energy star, Massachusetts doesn't recognize this particular fridge and we did no get the rebate we were promised. The Fridge itself we are very satisfied with.

Great fridge, plenty of space, especially the freezer!

So far I am very pleased, the size is great and I love having the bottom drawer freezer. Very stylish in looks. I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews and I decided this was the best for me. So far I love how quite it is, and the problems other spoke about not enough ice, I don't have any problems so far with that. I have kept the temps with what it was set with and it has worked well for us, nothing freezes up in the frig. And the freezer I have no problems. If I run into any problems I will update. But so far the best purchase and working with Best Buy was great. Also the delivery was right on time and they were very confident at what they do.

I like this because the top part has the two doors that open and allow easy access to the refrigerator and you can put in items that wouldn't fit in a side by side. The freezer is great because I can look down and see what I have instead of having to get on my knees to see the items that would be at the bottom of a side by side.

We've only had it for a month or so, so I can speak for its long term quality. It looks great. We replaced an older top freezer model. This has a ton more room, and we love how the French door style puts everything at eye level. The freezer is roomier than I would have thought. As an added bonus, with the ice and water through the door, my kids are finally drinking more water. We also love the the ice maker doesn't take up shelf space in the fridge. We absolutely love this so far.
