HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

Love Best Buy, I've been a loyal customer for a LONG time. LOVE this product, might not be keeping it because THE DELIVERY GUY JUST LEFT THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM!!! I paid for delivery, installation and haul away. The old refrigerator is still in my kitchen. He gave some song and dance about how he couldn't change out the water kit, which I also paid for. Overall rude and rushed- they might have stayed for all of 45 minutes and didn't do any of what I paid for. All he had to do was to remove and replace the doors, move it into the kitchen and plug it up. He left it in my LIVING ROOM!!! My husband and I have been on the line with customer service for hours and got a runaround from someone on the chat and on the phone. I need my refrigerator up and running. If I don't hear from someone by tomorrow morning THEY WILL BE GETTING THIS REFRIGERATOR BACK!!! Doesn't matter if they subcontract the delivery jobs, they are representing BEST BUY. I need satisfaction with this!!!
