Refrigerator arrived with dented door and the freezer door drew was striped and would not tighten up. They ordered new handle and door. Took two weeks for them to come out and install it. When there customer service called about my appointment they kept telling me they were coming out to install a water kit. I told them they were not installing a water kit and ended over two weeks of phone calls from them and not understanding what they were suppose to do the first technician came out and cancelled because he was there to install a water kit finally they got the write person to do the job. Also the delv guys left a mess outside my house when it was delv. I would recommend the refrigerator but don’t buy thru Best Buy

I love Lg. I have washer and dryer 20 years old still working. My previous Lg refrigerator was over 10 when compressor gave out. I own Lg TVs for many years without any problems. This fridge is very similar to my old one. I love big , deep door shelves where you can store galons of drinks with no problem. LRFS28XBS doesn’t have Fresh Air System . This was one of the reasons why I did buy this model. This system is not supported by this particular fridge. Has a space for a filter but the fridge doesn’t have required technology for it. Incorrect info on Best Buy website. According to Lg website compressor has 5 years warranty, not 10 as Best Buy website is saying

Only had it a couple months but it's working well, and quite spacious. Only negative so far is the in-door ice maker is a bit louder than my previous fridge and every couple weeks the ice will jam in the bin at the top; the system stops making ice until it is opened and knocked loose. Also wouldn't mind if the temperatures displayed were measured instead of set points.

I like the roominess of the refrigerator section although there is limited space for taller items unless you adjust the shelves. Also, cannot put much weight in the left-side door shelves (where ice maker is) otherwise the door will "crash" shuts (it slams quite hard). Has a small ice maker too so wouldn't be good if you need a larger amount of ice.

I love my new refrigerator. Has all the features and plenty a room and even more room than I thought it would have. But more importantly than the product ourselves person was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and stayed with me 30 minutes after the store closes making the deal. Thank you very much

We are very pleased with our new LG 27.7 CU Ft French Door refrigerator. WE especially like the roominess inside, the number of shelves, That we can remove half of a shelf to keep our tall bottle items inside rather in the door. Also, The fact that it doesn't show fingerprints.

We are very pleased with our 27.7 cubic ft. LG refrigerator purchase. The ice and water work well. We got it almost half off retail at the Best Buy Outlet in Brookfield WI. We highly recommend checking out the large inventory there at 40-50% off retail.

Love my new fridge. Lots of space in freezer and refrigerator. (A lot more than my old side by side) plenty of ice and water flows perfectly and is cold. Would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased a LG - 27.7 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water - in Stainless Steel, and is finger print proof! I Absolutely Love it!! I had a side by side refrigerator and I hated it! This side LG French Door is perfect! Lots of room in refrigerator, on both doors, and lots of room in the freezer. The freezer also has a drawer in it! It's absolutely perfect for all my needs! I highly recommend it! The delivery guy, Joshua, was great. He did a great job bringing it into our kitchen and got it up and running, in no time at all! He was very professional, and knowledgeable. And he had a great sense of humor! He is great at what he does! Everything went well! We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Best Buy for helping me with my purchase, and the gentleman that delivered it! 11 years ago, we purchased this same refrigerator with a different model #. No problems for 11 years (not even with the icemaker) except when it was hit by lightning. This one is almost identical, so we bought it. The buying experience at Best Buy could not have been better and no one could beat the deal that was offered. It works great and we are very happy.

Whirlpool is a really great manufacturer. I have bought LG a long time ago 20 years ago and I was going to try LG again and I returned it. I should have went with my feeling to never use LG and stick with Whirlpool refrigerators and dishwashers and washer and dryers they make a very good product

We were so excited to purchase and have our new refrigerator installed upon completion of kitchen renovation.

I love this refrigerator. Very stylish and looks great in my kitchen. Huge refrigerator section and the freezer is quite large. Doesn’t make a lot of ice, going to try the ice plus feature. Some of the door shelves are narrow on the left hand side. Also doesn’t have a covered area for the butter. So much nicer than my Frigidaire side by side refrigerator.
