I research many brands and settled on this LG model. No more Samsungs! It had large capacity with all the features I was looking for (ice and water access from door). Although I’ve only had it a week, I am very pleased. The capacity and design (moveable shelves) are excellent! It was a very good choice for me.

I was checking prices and the service agent was so patient and helpful I decided to make the purchase then. They explained how credit card would return 10% after bill is paid. He stayed on the line while I processed the application and then helped me negotiate how to use new card to charge the appliances. Overall outstanding customer service. I will look to Best Buy first for purchases in the future

It's just as described and working as intended. The only thing of note is that the left door is noticably heavier than the right, being that the ice maker is built into the left door. So it requires more of a pull to open and is more prone to slamming shut on it's own. So I would store very light things on the left door shelves to not add onto the already heavy door. Other than that it's all good.

There is a poorly designed shelf that goes all the way across the fridge….so if you want to open the drawer, you have to open both sides of the door. Hard to get tall bottles to fit….you have to put them on the side. Not impressed….

My brand-new refrigerator from Best Buy arrived with a dent, and the delivery team said customer service would make it right. I was told I’d receive a $150 gift card as compensation — but weeks later, nothing. I’ve called several times, and all I get are excuses and no follow-up. It’s ridiculous that I have to chase down a company this big just to get what they promised. Between the damaged product and the lack of accountability, I’m completely done with Best Buy for appliances.
