My brand-new refrigerator from Best Buy arrived with a dent, and the delivery team said customer service would make it right. I was told I’d receive a $150 gift card as compensation — but weeks later, nothing. I’ve called several times, and all I get are excuses and no follow-up. It’s ridiculous that I have to chase down a company this big just to get what they promised. Between the damaged product and the lack of accountability, I’m completely done with Best Buy for appliances.

It's great, lots of space and great icemaker. If you have it delivered, make sure you have it installed also or you will be putting the arms on, setting up the ice maker and hooking it up to the water supply. Not Best Buy issue, that was my fault for not asking for the service
