    Refrigerator and freezer work fine but ice maker in freezer hasn't produced any ice in the 5 days we've had it.

    The ice machine sucks. Produces minimal ice. Then the ice melts and gets stuck. Another problem recently a part on the door fell off. No clue where it came off from but now one of the doors dont seal when shut. This wasnt cheap and im super disallointed.

    I purchased this fridge on December 26, 2023 it was delivered January 4, 2024. The fridge no longer cools it says it’s set at 33 degrees all my food has gone bad. I’m still waiting on service from the manufacturer. Not happy at all. Save your money.

    You cannot adjust the shelves to accommodate a tall bottle. Tall bottles can only fit in 1 shelf in the door. Not very happy about this. Also do not like the fact that I have to open both doors to pull out drawer, the alarm bells dings all the time and drives you nuts.

    Be aware that this model does not come with a bottom ice maker. Very deceiving product description. Even the sales guy thought it had two ice makers

    Buy somewhere else best buy technicians incapable

    I hate this fridge but only because best buy messed up delivery. This fridge was dented when they delivered it. I decided to have the door replaced by the "geek squad" the guy dropped by 3 times to install the new door incorrectly. Now I can't get a replacement. I'm never buying anything through best buy again.

    I did not return this item. It was delivered damaged. I was promised a gif certificate to except the damage product. After several attempts I am still waiting.
