    I purchased this fridge on December 26, 2023 it was delivered January 4, 2024. The fridge no longer cools it says it’s set at 33 degrees all my food has gone bad. I’m still waiting on service from the manufacturer. Not happy at all. Save your money.

    You cannot adjust the shelves to accommodate a tall bottle. Tall bottles can only fit in 1 shelf in the door. Not very happy about this. Also do not like the fact that I have to open both doors to pull out drawer, the alarm bells dings all the time and drives you nuts.

    Fan motors keep failing. At 14 months (just outside of the manufactures warranty) one of 2 fan motors went out. Now 2 months after the 2nd went out....

    I recently purchased this LG refrigerator from Best Buy and I am very happy with it so far. The design is modern and fit perfectly in my kitchen. I especially like how quick it runs. The temperature stays constant and keeps food fresh. Delivery and installation were smooth as well. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

    Buy somewhere else best buy technicians incapable

    I hate this fridge but only because best buy messed up delivery. This fridge was dented when they delivered it. I decided to have the door replaced by the "geek squad" the guy dropped by 3 times to install the new door incorrectly. Now I can't get a replacement. I'm never buying anything through best buy again.

    I did not return this item. It was delivered damaged. I was promised a gif certificate to except the damage product. After several attempts I am still waiting.
