First let me start with saying this fridge looks beautiful the new style stainless is indeed better with finger prints and clean up. It’s nice and bright in the fridge section the freezer not so much but you don’t really need it there the drawers open fully. The ice maker is small but seems to keep up with useage also prefer the smaller ice cubes this unit produces water filer is good water and ice tastes good. The fridge section is very spacious. Now for the bad although I picked a much larger fridge then I previously had that didn’t make the freezer any bigger I lost a ton of space with this choice this is how I can say this when repacking the fridge for the first time everything that came out of my previous freezer didn’t fit so make sure you do your homework and check how much room you need the other freezer issue you need to be aware of is items can slide/fall behind the shelves so do not over load it is very hard to get the items if this happens. That said I just need to watch how much food is in the freezer. Just a small tweak

Love my fridge… but when closing the doors either it slams too hard or doesn’t close completely. Otherwise a great purchase!

I love the ice maker on the door side . Extra tray in freezer to dump ice. Love the freezer doors on bottom. The dividers slid for adustment . The shelves can be adjusted . The second shelve you can slide the right side in for more tall items if needed . Love the shelves in the doors. Especially right side holds a gallon of milk or ice tea to be able to grab easily . The stainless steel is great for not showing finger prints . I like that it sits up from the floor for easy sweeping. So much more I could add to why this is a great refrigerator. So glad I got this LE refrigerator.

I mostly like the refrigerator. The thing that I was looking forward to the most is the thing that bothers me the most. Our 15 year old refrigerator stopped dispensing water about 10 years ago, so we were looking forward to this one. But the water dispenser could be better. I have two problems with it. First, the water doesn't come out cold. One would think that water from a refrigerated compartment would come out cold, but it's tap temperature. Second, the water shoots out with so much force that if you have a glass filled with ice(because the water doesn't come out cold), it will splash all over the floor if you're not careful. Yes, the left door tends to close too quickly and the right door has a notch preventing it from closing all the way unless you press it all the way closed, but I consider that just a quirk. There seems to be more room in the refrigerator portion than the freezer, but maybe that's my imagination. All in all, we are happy, but wish the water came out colder.

This has been the best fridge we have ever owned. It is spacious and has had no issues in the 2 years we have owned it. Love the app that tells me if I leave the doors open or when it needs new filters.

Large interior allows great and convenient storage. Has quite adequate ice cube production and storage. Like our previous (other make) refrigerator, water dispenser provides a trickle.

We enjoy this fridge. We upgraded from a muuuch older fridge, so we may have a bias in favor of its newness. However, my sister has a similar model and we like ours better for a few reasons. One, the ice maker in the door saves a TON of room, but it gives you to option to add an additional ice maker system if you need it. Two, it’s insanely quiet. Three, the double drawers are great, and they have a self-closing mechanism. I’m still getting used to the fact that you have to open both doors to use one of the drawers, but I love that particular drawer. It’s overall just a well-made fridge that uses space really well and allows for functional organization of your goods. We are very happy!

Our last refrigerator was wonderful and it pained me to replace it but the condenser went and the repair would be too expensive. This was the most similar refrigerator I could find. It was considerably smaller and had fewer features than its predecessor. But this was what was in the market so we settled for this one. I like the look of it. I like the fact that the ice maker is enclosed in the door and doesn’t eat up room in the refrigerator, especially since we downsized. I like being able to get water and ice without opening the refrigerator but I don’t like that there is no night light to see the control panel I. The dark and the water dispenser is too far away from the trigger to use the glads to depress it. One must use their hand to dispense water. The ice will dispense just fine though. The lighting in this model is unremarkable. It doesn’t hold a candle to the previous model. There’s one small light towards front center. So there are a lot of shadows inside. It takes up almost the same amount of space my last refrigerator used, but it’s 3 cu. feet smaller. Overall, it’s a refrigerator, it keeps food cold and looks nice.

Fridge is only 30 days old, but so far so good! Love the two drawer freezer. I read that it is slow to make ice, but knowing that I just plan ahead and it has all been fine. So far this is one of those purchases that I would do all over again!

The right hand side of the door does not have much suction. The depth is too long, and sticks out further than the kitchen cabinet and the previous refrigerator. I can’t really say the finger print is smudge proof or cleans as well as my old one did. My sister has a LG and hers broke after 4 years and she has been waiting for repair & without hers for over 18 days now. The only thing I like about this fridge is the double freezers and the little sound it makes when the door is open for too long.I would rather have my old one fridge again, but they no longer make it! Also they want you to think the purchase date is 7/9 but the item was back ordered and took possession on August 13, 2022.

Love the look and layout of the refrigerator/freezer. Ice machine gets blocked from time to time but can be shaken loose.

after using Samsung fridge for 5 years. I was try of ice build up inside. so I purchased this one. its great and I love the ice maker in the door. more room for inside. But I gave 4 stars. reason for that door with ice maker closes so hard every time you let it go. you have to close it slowly not the slam it.

Very similar to my previous refrigerator, which was 12 years old and cost lots more than this one. Only negative is that the icemaker is very small. Fortunately we have an extra frig/freezer that produces cubes. This frig is well lit, has light doors and glass shelves. Easy pull freezer drawers.

This LG Refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. It has plenty of space in the refrigerator, and the two freezer drawers help to keep the freezer organized. The folding shelf in the refrigerator is very handy when space is needed for taller items. It is extremely quiet compared to our old side-by-side refrigerator. The fingerprint resistant exterior works great and is very easy to keep clean. All that and it looks great too!

This replaces a side by side made in 2004. Features I like: Wide removable door shelves. I can put tall bottles of sauces and such in the shelves to free up space on the main shelves. I may lose a little depth of the main shelves, but I don't have to reach far in the back to find stuff. Removable means I can take them out to clean easily. Door open notice (Dad Alarm). The unit will chime if the door is left open too long and this works for the freezer drawers also. I call it the Dad Alarm because I have left the door open one the old fridge a few times. Two freezer drawers. Fantastic! Things kept falling out on the side by side. Having two drawers means I don't have to dig very far down to find what I need. Things I don't like: Small ice maker capacity. The capacity of the ice maker in the door is really small. The cubes are smaller than the standard crescent style so they can pack the hopper well. They look a bit like pyramids with a base 1" by 1.5". But because the hopper has to fit the door, the amount of ice it can store is limited. They include a bin for ice in the top freezer drawer, but that is another step you have to go through. We go through a lot of ice in a day, so our situation is unusual. Set shelf positions. In my old side by side, the shelves could be positioned at about 1 inch increments. I miss that flexibility. In this fridge, there are only four positions. The split shelf is nice. Don't have to dedicate a full shelf for tall items. But there are a few times that need about a half inch clearance and I can't do that with this unit. Overall, I am pleased with the unit.

So far so good! Plenty of space but I think it could use more space on the bottom two drawers that act as the freezer but that’s my opinion coming from a side by side fridge.

Great refrigerator. Water and ice dispenser is nice and tall to fill water bottles. The refrigerator portion is large and flexible. It's easier to keep the freezer organized with the two drawers. The ice reservoir is small. If you use a lot of ice, you'll want another source of ice or will want to store ice in the freezer. It's just two of us and it serves us well.
