The two side by side doors with deep shelves is exactly what we need along with the filtered water and ice maker. We have more easy access for the items we use the most often. The two draw freezer works well for our needs.

It's exactly what we expected. Spacious, good for being adjustable, love the two drawers for the freezer. The best part for my wife though, the ice and water in the door! She gets ice water all day! We got the installation and it was fast and easy.

Love this refrigerator! I tend to use quite a lot of ice, so I was worried about such a small ice maker, but it actually holds quite a bit and I never ran out. That said, we are only two people. The two level freezer is a great innovation. The unit looks nice and is quiet. Overall, a great purchase!

We love the roominess of this refrigerator! We now have extra space to spare! The freezer space is great, too. We love the double drawer feature; we no longer have to dig through the freezer, to find what we are looking for. This refrigerator is also very quiet; I can't tell when it is running. So far, we have no complaints! It is perfect for our needs!

I've had this fridge for about 10 months now and have no real issues with it. LG customer support isn't the best, but they were able to talk me through a reattaching a loose wire that was causing ice dispenser to malfunction shortly after delivery and everything's been perfect since. It looks great, has plenty of space, and runs very well. You wouldn't regret buying this fridge.

Absolutely love this fridge. So much room to fit all our food stored in various sized containers. The separate freezer drawers come in handy to keep raw and cooked foods separated. This is a very recent purchase but so far so good!

I’ve had this product for just since July of 23 and absolutely love it. My only concern is sometimes the ice cubes in the ice maker get stuck on the sides away from the dispenser and you have to tap it a few times to get the ice to fall. Still makes quality ice, but just a small annoyance.

Got this new refrigerator from Bestbuy. There was a small dent on the bottom freezer drawer and bestbuy promptly replaced. Refrigerator works great so far, it’s only been couple of weeks now. Couple of things could have been better: The bottom most freezer drawer doesn’t have a light. The right side door does not close automatically when you give a light push compared to the left door.Other than that love all other features especially spacing on left door due to the ice maker consuming less space, the fact that the first freezer compartment can be adjusted to make it refrigerator and notifications on your mobile app if the door was left open. Overall we felt it’s a good purchase and serves well for our family.

This offers a ton of space. The dual freezer compartments are the perfect amount of room. The only downfall is the ice maker is very small however with the ice chest in the first freezer compartment you can store ice over time. overall a great purchase.

Recieved frigde and it works great. However, the left door is missing a stopper and Best Buy WILL NOT fix it. They are telling me I need to go back the manufacturer! Worst part is, I pay for the (not so) Total Tech Program with is pretty much worthless these days. So $2000 investment and Best Buy won't stand behind it. Hey, Best Buy, that's a great way to lose market Share! I recommend the item, just go buy it somewhere else.

This is an excellent refrigerator with tons of space! The two separate drawers for the freezer makes organization and access easy! I love the ThinkQ app and features it will definitely help to keep this refrigerator properly maintained. Another excellent product from LG

So far we really like the LG fridge. It is extremely quiet and is making ice regularly. I wish the drawer that goes all the way across had been a bit deeper. It keeps a steady temperature. I like the French door arrangement. I have not tried the Wi-Fi aspect yet.. it does not show fingerprints nearly as much as the Kitchenaid that it replaced.

Another BEST at our favorite! A smart refrigerator certainly gets an excellent rating, The doubles/the doors and the freezer components / add ease of access and storage and appearance. Our timing of purchase during the Thanksgiving week was ideal in pricing savings. Our young dynamic Bruce S was super in warranty and installation guidance and financing options.

Bought this to replace a Samsung we had that went on the fritz after only four years. Researched reliability before buying and realized I should have done it before buying the previous fridge. But this one has everything we need and looks great. The bottom freezer is awesome and has a tray for putting extra ice. Fridge portion has tons of space compared to the side by side we had before plus we can see things better (although putting things in the far back still makes it hard to see). Only drawbacks are that the in-door ice maker does not make a ton of ice since its space is limited but there is the tray in the freezer for storing ice. And the area on the right where you can put taller objects, like milk gallons and pitchers, is also limited but the door depth allows you to put milk jugs on the door as well. Just need to think things out. But overall, is a great fridge.

This fridge is very spacious and versatile. Ice maker is a life saver and we love how quiet the fridge it!

This is a replacement refrigerator for a Samsung. It is heads above any day we had the Samsung(3 1/2 years). Very quiet and spacious.

We had this refrigerator installed first week in April. We love it! Cooling on both fridge and freezer drawers work fantastically with no condensation buildup. Water and ice flow well into glasses and water bottles. It's quiet and well balanced.

Pretty, but that's about it. Usable space inside is lacking. I though I would like the French door style, but the depth of the refrigerator makes reaching items nearly impossible letting the back items to rot. The dual freezers are also just okay. Better than one huge trough freezer but still have to dig around to find things. Honestly I feel like Goldilocks looking for the "just right" refrigerator. Still searching
