The fridge is very quiet with a good amount of space but I don't like it as much as the15yr old Maytag that it replaced. I think its the configuration of the shelves but I have no complaints. the ice maker is very quiet, much better than the Maytag. The shelves on the doors can't be adjusted. I guess that could be a negative but I knew about it before I purchased it so I can't complain.

Mario and the delivery crew are awesome. Best Buy taking more than 3 weeks to refund the purchase is ridiculous.

We received this refrigerator on Friday and I love it. There is a lot of room in the refrigerator part. The ice maker makes less ice than the other one we had but we are dumping ice in the freezer bin provided to build up a stock of ice. The delivery guys were great. They had us up and running in 45 minutes. I would recommend Best Buy and this refrigerator.

I owned a LG refrigerator that looks just like this one. I had it for seven years when the compressor went out it was still under warranty but I have to pay for the service which is $800 so I decide to buy a new refrigerator. I kind of regret it. I wish I would’ve spent $800 to repair my old one. This new one doesn’t seem as good as my last one. I lost a lot of good features. This icemaker is a lot smaller than my last one. The water filter is a LG 1000 and the water doesn’t taste as good as my last one which used LG 800. hopefully it will last a lifetime.

Love all the room in the refrigerator and the ability to adjust shelving as needed. Drawer compartments are perfectly sized - fruit and vegetable drawers are very spacious. The large, double width refrigerator drawer is perfect for storing meats, deli meats, and cheeses. The two freezer pull out drawers help to organize frozen items and allow for quick, easy access. The only shortcoming of the unit is that the ice storage compartment is rather small and cannot hold much ice. LG products are number one in our household and have proven their reliability by their consistent performance and longevity.

Improvements needed in ice maker. Loud water sound when water is filling for ice maker and chucks of ice splatters when dispensing ice. Lots of storage space.

This a the perfect fridge for me and my family. Very spacious, quick in making ice, and easy to install.

This refrigerator looks great and performs even better. I love the space inside that results from the inside door ice machine. I’m only giving it 4stars because I wish the freezer produced ice too — not just provide a tray for dumping the ice into.

This is the quietest refrigerator I have ever owned. I love the French doors - very roomy and lots of bins for storage space. The double lower level freezer compartments are great. No digging through a deep drawer to find something. Tall ice and water dispenser area for pitchers and deep containers.

Lots of space in fridge, freezer drawers ok. Bottom freezer drawer does not light up! Ice maker doesn’t keep up with our 3 person family. I bought ice bin to stock up on ice. Overall, happy with the fridge and Best Buy was terrific!

I love my new LG refrigerator. It's spacious and quite. I love that I can monitor it when I'm away from home because I travel alot.

The frig is great! Love the deli drawer. My last LG had a door in door that I don't miss. The large storage on the inside of the door makes up for it. Freezer is perfect and my son loves the tall ice/water dispenser. I paid less for this than the last one and I like it better. Winner!

Our ice maker was defective from day one and had to be immediately replaced (free under warranty), I don't particularly care for the fact that there is no light for the very bottom freezer drawer and the right side deli drawer cannot be accessed without both fridge doors being open (the flap for the left door seal obstructs the drawer from being fully opened unless both doors are open). The water filter is easier to change than our Samsung was. Overall we still like this fridge so far, we've owned it for about a month so far.

This fridge is very spacious!! Plenty of space and drawers, bright on inside and not as noisy as my old fridge. The only thing I am not pleased with is there is not a light on the outside door where the water and ice dispenser is located so makes it hard to see when filling up water during the night. Wish it had a light there!

So this refrigerator is extremely roomy. The only complaints we have are: 1. The items in the doors rattle and fall when you close the doors, and 2. The ice maker doesn’t produce enough ice for our family.

Love the refrigerator. Our last one the ice machine took up so much space. This one is the same size with more room because the ice is in the door.

I like that the ice maker is built into the door and not inside the refrigerator taking up room. The bottom drawers have a self closing hinge which is a plus cause you don’t want to trip over an open bottom drawer when your putting groceries away. Smart ThinQ app is a plus, the LED lighting is nice and pleasant on the eyes. The chime will keep reminding you one of the doors is opened, wish you could customize the chime. Some people talk about the noise level after being opened but to be honest I don’t really think it’s a loud or annoying sound. You have to be really close to the refrigerator to hear the compressor turn on to the next cycle. You must really want to find a reason to hate the LG refrigerator. Just wish it could hold a little more ice cause it will finish quickly, but it’s better than the faulty design from the other refrigerators. Overall a pretty good refrigerator.

After limping along for a few years with an old refrigerator, this Model is just what we were looking for! It is roomy and works great. I also want to add how professional the delivery guys were. Thank you.
