Looks great and works great. Haven’t had any issues as of yet.

Worst refrigerator I’ve ever purchased! Run fast n save your money,I’ve had this refrigerator for ONE YEAR n has broke 7 times with frost buildup n all my food was spoiled n they did not offer a food voucher once,they ordered parts n told me again there on BACK ORDER n been without a fridge for over a month so far, unfortunately I bought all appliances fromLG and my top load washer keeps breaking too with a door lock error code! Do not purchase anything LG YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Took about 3 weeks to arrive after order due to color choice and worth the wait! Upgraded from a Samsung (love their cell phone, tablet and computers, HATE their major appliances!) to this one due to a couple of friends recommendations! I also did a little research as well - that is so important DON'T skip that step - we also went into the store to look at it and see what other options I had (also VERY important)! I was originally set on a GE, but after the friend's recommendation and comparing in store, I went ahead and spent more money and bought it! It took a about 12 hours to start producing ice, and yes the ice holder is small but we are a family of 4 with friends over almost everyday and so far we have yet to run out of ice and I'm not using the overflow container. The fridge part is huge and I can put a lot of stuff in there and I have no complaints on either of the freezers! I really love the shelving with the ability to push back one of the shelves for taller items that don't fit in the door...and let's talk about that door!! Knocking on the glass for the light to come on to see what's inside AND just opening part of the door to get stuff out is a game changer!!! I find myself already yelling less to "SHUT THE DANG DOOR"...I have teenagers so I know you know what I am talking about!! You really get what you pay for and so far this one is well worth it! We highly recommend it!!

This is the refrigerator of my dreams. It has everything that one could possibly desire ,,, elegant look, ice maker, water filter, plenty of space, door in door for frequently used items. I have had it less than a month and I continue to discover new things about it that I love. I just hope that it stands the test of time, which is reliability. The only negative is that it does show fingerprints, so I keep a clean cloth nearby which is only a small inconvenience.

We replaced another brand counter depth side by side with this model. It sticks out around four more inches than our old one. This one definitely has more refrigerator room but the freezer seems only a little bigger. The main advantage would be the ability to hold larger frozen items. The two freezer drawers work better for me because I hate digging through a pile to get to what I need. I wish they would have separated the lower drawer in the refrigerator in two so I wouldn't have to open both doors to pull it out. The ice maker seems ok, but I think ice falls down into the dispenser occasionally, then melts leaving a small puddle on the cup rest. We normally don't use the dispenser, and usually only use the ice for our ice chests. It seems to hold temperature better in the freezer which is probably normal. No real problems so far and I hope it stays that way.

The refrigerator operates as expected. the instaView and quick access door is nice. I am not certain if my thermometers are off or if it is the refrigerator & freezer, but I do not feel like it is holding to the temperatures I set them to. The little ice maker workers well, but it is too small for any more than two people. You definelty would need the lower ice maker that produces more ice.

only owned for one month so review really is not in depth. Tons of space for sure. Instaview door is convenient, hubby uses it for a wine cooler! The thing I overlooked was because of the Instaview door you do not have shelf space on the inside of that door. I would rather have the shelf space inside. Quiet, no issues with ice maker. Have no comments about the finish yet. It does not become as cold as I would like. Six degree difference between setting and actual temperature measured with a thermometer.

The refrigerator has a lot of room . It’s very classic looking. The Ice maker is very quiet and it makes Ice fast. We can see what we have in the refrigerator the design is excellent. My husband loves the door in the door for soft drinks. The draws for deli is so convenient a great feature we really like. It keeps everything organized and in sight at a glance.

Replaced a side-by-side refrigerator that was 7 years old and worked well. This LG French Door with two freezer drawers below is fabulous. Refrigerator part is big, convenient to find and retrieve items. I didn’t think we would like the “InstaView” feature in the right door but it makes retrieving frequently used beverage bottles and cartons very convenient. I was also concerned about the ice capacity of the in-door ice dispenser. We use a lot of ice but have not run out yet. Freezer drawers have taken a little getting used to. Not quite as much freezer volume as in the old side-by-side but we have adapted and finding freezer items is easier in the new unit than in the old one. I am very satisfied we made the right choice with this LG refrigerator.

Purchased this to replace a French door fridge that name starts with the letter S that sounded like a Huey helicopter every few months unless you unplugged it to melt the ice around the upper condenser fan The LG is sooo much quieter and the ice maker has worked flawlessly so far and the two freezer draws grow on you once you get use to using them . All in all so far we are very pleased with the LG

Great french door style fridge. See through outer door is a nice touch. Ice maker inside of door provides more space inside of fridge. Loaded with features such as open door alarm, lock-out system and Wi-Fi capabilities. Knock twice on door and activate illuminated see through door feature. Smudge proof outer surface. Two separate freezer spaces. I love this refrigerator! LG hit a home run with this one!

The first time I saw that refrigerator I said it was mine. I got it and I love everything about it. It has so many compartments and very spacious. I like the two freezer drawers, the ice maker and the water dispenser. It is also finger proof.

My LG fridge is absolutely amazing. Its my first French door fridge and it came with the double bottom drawers. Oh my goodness, I did not expect for it to be that spacious. When i took everything out of my old fridge and freezer to put it into my new one, I gad so much room for more items. The ice maker is awesome as well. I hated the way my old fridge would have me pressing buttons to get switch between crudhed and cubed ice. My new fridge has a button for each. So much more convenient. I absolutely love the tap feature that turns the light on and off to the fridge. I could keep going about how awesome this fridge truly is but I'll contain myself and just keep loving my fridge.

Love this refrigerator, went back and forth on the instaview door due to the additional cost...did I really need it. Happy I finally pulled the trigger and we use the door ALL the time for quick access, plenty of space in the main fridge as well. Double Freezer drawers allows you to organize much better as well.

No regrets with this purchase. Initially thought the door-in-door would just be a gimmick, but it has proven to be a great feature in terms of convenience - milk, coffee creamer, etc… easy accessibility. Ice and water are perfect. Interior space is great and two separate freezer drawers is better for organization.

This LG fridge is as functional and spacious as it is beautiful. The door in door is very convenient. The knock-knock feature is mostly a novelty, because after you've had it for a while you will simply bypass the feature and just open the door since you pretty much know what you've stored in the particular compartment. The compartments are very nicely spaced apart but for taller items you will have to slide one of the shelfs back to fit one or two taller items like juice or milk. There is not much room for a lot of tall items. The deli slide tray is a huge plus. The two freezer drawers are sufficiently deep but if you have a very large family--say 5 or more members--you may need an overflow freezer somewhere. Leaves ZERO fingerprints on the stainless steel. Ice dispenses very quietly inside and efficiently on the outside.

We have plenty of room for everything and plenty of bin storage for our fruits and vegetables. Love the instaview door. It's very convenient to grab milk or whatever you use most often. The two freezer drawers are very convenient. There are only two problems 1) we use all three bins for fruits and vegetables leaving no good place for cheeses. 2) I thought this refrigerator was smart and that it had a camera inside so you could see the inside of your fridge while you were at the grocery. It does not have that. There isn't anything smart about this fridge. It connects to the wifi, but for what? So you can check the temperature of your fridge while you are at work? I don't know. There are no interesting smart features that I could discover. Still I absolutely love it. It's also beautiful. It makes it kitchen look really nice.

Had the fridge for about a year...with no complaints...operates really well..love the door in door on the right side and seems like alot more room then our old side by side...like the double tap for the light on the right side as well..
