New LG fridge installed today, super excited. get home from running errands an see an error code on the display. Not Good. The fridge is cooling so far but gave me an error code of CO less than 4 hours after install. Called BB who transferred me to LG, who told me call BB for a replacement*sigh* It's a beautiful fridge but geez, can I get one that works, right out of the box? BB is really good about getting replacements, I will say that. Glad I held on to my old fridge. Hopefully the replacement will work like it's supposed to. C'mon LG...I love your washer/dryer (I have 2 sets) but get it together with your refrigerators!

Has bells and whistles but I bought it for the guts. Lots of room. The door and tap twice glass light is modern and trendy. The wifi is a feature not really sure its worth anything but bragging rights. Who has time to list all contents inside fried and when they were put in and expected to expire? Not me.... but still. the ice tray is small but love that it is on the door. Claims to make ice quick so we shall see. Im used to a side by side so time will tell if I like this option better. It is slick looking and looks quality made. Im glad I got it for a best price deal. Would be nice to have a rebate from LG where you don't have to upgrade your WHOLE kitchen to qualify though.

I really like the refrigerator. It has a lot of space and the extra in door area is great for items we use a lot. I love that the ice maker is in the door instead of taking up space in the freezer. The freezer is the only draw back for me. It is not as roomy as a side by side. I would have preferred the freezer being larger and the refrigerator section smaller. I couldn’t find a refrigerator to fit this preference for under $3000 and also have the door in door area. We make it work by buying more fresh veggies and saving freezer space for frozen desserts.

I've had this LG refrigerator for more than 1 1/2 months. Several outstanding features are the quick chilling upon plugging it in. Within a couple of hours it was already cold. The glass door is very covenant for some of the quick reach items; butter a soda or my favorite salsa. And for the number one feature, the double freezer drawer. This is a 100% improvement over the over size single drawer toy box style. It never fails but when you need something, it's always on the bottom. With double drawers, my wife takes the top and the bottom is all mine. Overall, it's worth the money and I've already convinced my best friend to get one.

Very roomy! The separate freezer drawers help to organize. Didn’t think we’d get much use from the door-in-door feature but it’s really handy for getting to frequently used items.

I truly love the fridge. I bought it for the “beverage door” as I call it. Has good space. Wasn’t sure I was going to like the two separate freezers but definitely like it more than one big one. One bad thing is the outside isn’t built very well. Something fell and hit it and dented the corner of the freezer, there’s some mystery scratches that appeared one day and we have one magnet clip that we occasionally attach an envelope to, but it’s managed to scratch the metal up.

I haven't had it that long. The best quality is the space, it keeps your produce fresh, and Instaview, and Icemaker sold it for me.

This fridge was bought as part of a 4 piece appliance package to get a discount so the price was good! The black stainless steel looks great and the large capacity is perfect! The instaview door is very convenient and the storage size is great! I especially like the fact that the ice maker is in the door and not taking up space in the upper left corner of the main compartment! Installation was standard and according to both my repairman (spoke to him before making the purchase) and the installers had good things to say about LG refrigerators. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to family and friends!

Very happy so far, Ice maker works great and we use the window door more than expected to grab a quick drink. The refrigerator space is huge, more than enough storage for family of 4

Love this LG refrigerator. I wasn’t sure I’d like the see-through door on the front, but just getting milk or beverages out saves so much wear and tear on the refrigerator itself. I like the 2 drawer freezer because food doesn’t get lost at the bottom, as in deeper freezers. The only thing I don’t like is the small amount of ice that is made, and what is made must be manually emptied into the ice bin frequently. Other than that, LG remains my favorite appliance!

So my husband shows this refrigerator off to everyone that comes in the house. It is his pride and joy! We love how spacious it is and the double freezer drawers. It allows us to be very organized in our refrigerator and freezer areas. It’s great to be able to get something out of it without having to open up the whole thing. It will also alert your kiddo when they have left the door open too long. Needed that feature years ago!

Moved and left behind our 30 cf LG French Door in Door model and inherited a Sam**** at our new home. Hated it from the day we moved in after being spoiled by the LG. Bought this slightly smaller version and it does not disappoint. Door knock thing is a bit gimmicky but love the door in door feature and two separate freezer drawers. Ice maker in door saves a lot of shelf room and keeps up with demand. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

We had another LG just like this one for over 15 years. It was time to go so we replaced it with this fridge about a month ago. Love it! Quiet, large enough, two milks fit in the front door, shelving very configurable. I expect another 15 years out of this one. Only draw back, when getting ice and water from front door, you have to push the buttons to change between ice / water. They went backwards in engineering as the last LG French door fridge we had did not require this.

I wanted a refrigerator that was esthetically beautiful with modern features and held a lot of items. Having small children, the separate pull-out refrigerated drawer is perfect for their height.. Shelves are adjustable to fit your needs. It will fit 3 milk jugs deep, along with other tall items on one shelf. It feels very well made, love the ice maker and water dispenser. Black stainless is perfect, not one finger print yet! The door-in-door feature is genius. Perfect for kids drinks and items used often. Highly recommend!

I love most everything about our new refrigerator. The only thing I do not like is the fact I have to open both doors to get to the Deli drawer....I had figured that one of the bottom doors was for the Deli section but now I know it is another freezer. I do love the more convenient spaces for more items than I had with my previous fridge, and I love the InstaView Door-inDoor feature.

I would have given a 5 star if it wouldn't be the fact that the doors were unlined. I really love the fridge and how spacious it is, but it is obvious to see one door higher than the other. Called customer service and what I got in return to come check it out was some delivery guys who said my "floor was uneven". So disappointed. Will follow up with customer service again

The exterior finish up this refrigerator resists fingerprints, an absolute must and a stainless situation. The accessible door with the window showing you what is in it is an absolute plus, I feel the best in the industry due to the fact that it has a backing that only allows a small amount of air to escape from the refrigerator unlike the Samsung, which is completely open. I have two major issues, one of them is the deli drawer which is much shorter in height than the Samsung and does not allow taller items to be placed in it. The bigger issue is the icemaker. First and foremost the water that is dispensed is not chilled. It’s not hot, but it is not cool in any fashion. The icemaker itself, we have had several issues with it not producing ice at all. At this time I’m thinking it might be something in the settings so we are experimenting with different settings. Before I pass judgment on it completely I will be reaching out to LG to see if there is something that we can do. It does not hold a lot of ice, but it is a slim design and I expected that. The fast ice option works very well. Hopefully we can correct the problem that we are having under normal ice production. Overall I think this is a fantastic refrigerator.

Plenty of space in the frig and was able to fit all my freezer "stuff" that had been in the old side by side in the two freezers. Husband said it couldn't be done. Drawbacks right now. Bottom freezer has no light which is not a deal breaker, but is inconvenient. Biggest problem right now - we have had this frig for 3 weeks. Have dumped gallons of water and ice because of the plastic/new taste. Haven't been able to drink the water and the ice is tolerable but still not great. We're making ice the old fashioned way with ice cube trays in the freezer. Shouldn't have to do that this long after paying this kind of money. Anyone else had this issue and have suggestions or tips for us? And, yes, the filter that came with frig was installed.

So far, so good. We purchased this LG fridge to replace a 8 year old Samsung that constantly had a large frozen puddle in the bottom of the refrigerator. The LG has ample space and the doors including the through door storage open smoothly and seal nicely. The ice maker does a nice job of providing enough ice. Finish is fairly smudge proof and very appealing. Hoping this unit goes the distance. We are happy with our purchase!
