Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my LG experience: 12/17/19 - purchased LG refrigerator 6/5/20 (approx) - freezer stopped freezing, called for service, cancelled after freezer started working 7/4/20 - fridge/freezer malfunctioned - called for service (CNN200705574389), scheduled 7/19/20 7/19/20 - tech calls to say he is not trained on this model, reschedules for 8/4/20 8/4/20 - tech says we need a new compressor, will be back on 8/29/20 8/29/20 - tech replaces compressor 10/6/20 - refrigerator fails again, service call placed again (RNN201006002398) 10/8/20- no word from service, call back to find request was cancelled by servicing company - new request (RNN201008024789) and service scheduled for 10/22/20 by 10/22, this appliance will have been broken for approximately 3 months out of the first 9 months of ownership.
