This monitor is the best monitor you can buy at the $400 price range when on sale. The monitor features a 5ms Response time which allows fast response time when gaming compared to a TV. Additionally, the uniformity of this monitor is beautiful because of it's image size and resolution of 4K. I understand that HDR is not enabled on the monitor, but for a casual gamer, this is the best display you can get. Quality and image is superior to that of many monitors for sale without emptying your wallet.

We bought this monitor for our new 2017 13th inch MacBook Pro, it works very well with the same and the text and graphics come out so sharp and clear. We love this monitor and are thinking about adding one to my office laptop setup. Also this model comes with the adjustable stand that goes up and down as well rotates from portrait to landscape mode easily, I have seen another model which is same monitor with different stand, glad I went on to buy this one vs other.

Picture is so crisp and bright. My first 4k Monitor and loving it so far. Big upgrade on stand from last years model.

Very best. Use it with Display Port cable for 4K at 60hz. Liked it so much I got a second one for a dual set up.

This monitor is great for gaming weather it be on console or PC. I picked it up on sale for $349 during black friday. I'm using this primary for gaming on an Xbox 1X and it DOES display 4K @60Hz with no issue through either of the HDMI ports. You only need to change one or two settings in the menu on the monitor itself. And a plus is that freesync also works with the Xbox 1X as well via HDMI. The one downside I see to this monitor is that it does not support HDR but at this price point you really cant complain.

i was looking for the best bang for my buck 4K IPS monitor for the Xbox one x and video editing through a 2016 MBP 15". There is no HDR, but the freesync is active through both HDMI. I picked this up after trying the samsung 28UE590. This display is outstanding. Yes there is no HDR, but hey...I've been living without 4K and HDR so far and I'm perfectly fine. Wish I picked up two instead. Easy to setup and all the wires come with some good length to it for a somewhat large desk. Latency is pretty darn good too. I notice a difference while playing WW2. I get my shot off before my opponent 90% of the time...depending on who's host...lol. K/D is in the positive. I would highly recommend this monitor for FPS gamers and video editors. There's a lot of dashboard pasture for FCPX. The monitor height, angle, and orientation can be adjusted as well. If you're on the fence between the LG 27ud69 and the Samsung 28UE590; save yourself the headache and go for the LG. You won't regret it.

I just purchased this display yesterday and automatically fell in love with it. I play many games & livestream loads of videos and everything is crystal clear. I did however notices that the screen appears to magnify the white light and absolutely kills my eyes. I did fix this issue with minor personal preference changes. Wallpapers/Window colors etc. I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone!

Was excited to get a monitor to complete my new desktop set up... PROS are the screen size, resolution, aesthetically pleasing, stable, has an awesome tilt and up/down feature that allows the user to adjust to their own personal preference HOWEVER, there are NO USB ports on the monitor which is disappointing, all of the settings for the monitor can only be accessed by 1 button which is inconvenient. Finally, there are NO SPEAKERS which means you will be purchasing them in addition to the monitor. If you can get past these 3 things...there's the price. Way overpriced for what it is.

Great picture, easy to use and fast for PC gaming.

Purchased our first one in July of 2017 and the second one in November of 2017.to replace an older 24" Viewsonic as my second monitor that we were using for design work. Having both monitors the same size and resolution made a huge difference. We don't use the FreeSync because I use a Nvidia card and their not for games anyway so I can't comment on it. Colors are good but not as good as with the Viewsonic but still adjusting them and getting better each time I try. Black fonts don't seem to be as black as they should be. but that could be a windows thing. While running at 4K, somethings are so small it's hard to read on some programs. I wish Windows 10 did a better job at scaling.

This display provides wonderful quality for a great price. The display is about as big as I could possibly go with a single monitor and stay comfortable. The 4k color and quality is exactly what I was looking for. For gaming it responds beautifully, and is only limited by the capabilities of my graphics card.

This monitor is vibrant with bright colors. No dead pixels at all! 4K is magic!

Very Easy assembly, This Monitor is actually an amazing sale for Those on the market for a decent 4K UHD Monitor, I do wish it had HDR however for what I've bought it for, im actually quite happy with my purchase, currently using it for PC Gaming, & PS4 PRO Games as well as NETFLIX & the likes for what its worth I made my purchase when it was on sale, but I do plan on purchasing a second one

I tried a Samsung UN32J5500 TV and the picture was lousy. This LG monitor has everything I wanted in a size that fit my space and a matte finish on the screen to boot. I exclusively watch discs (cannot tolerate commercials at all any more) and Blu-rays look fantastic (dvds not so much.) Fairly expensive but if picture quality matters to you worth every penny. Next wish 4k player....
