Very nice monitor but terrible controller switch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you switch monitor sessions between multiple computers, it won't take you long to become very unhappy with the on/off/controller switch on this monitor. I have boughten ton's of monitors over my 35 years of buying monitors and can tell you that in my opinion the switch on this model is the worst design of the bunch. The problem with the switch is that it is wobbly, awkward, and has a poorly designed interface. Can't tell you the number of times I have accidentally turned it off and it doesn't turn on as fast as other monitors. Additionally, many monitors will switch to another active session when the computer sourcing the current active session is turned off. This one will not. Not a big deal unless you have this monitor that has a poorly designed controller switch. The picture is beautiful. If you are using it for one connection source only, then you should consider this monitor. Oh, one more irritation. The standby light blinks annoyingly. There are work arounds depending on your setup.

Exceeded my expectations

I was a bit worried about the antiglare coating as some say it affect the picture clarity and I am a picky person when it comes to picture and sound quality but found nothing to be concerned about.

Very Nice Monitor!

The picture quality is good, but the stand is made of a flimsy plastic. Overall, I am happy with the monitor for work and gaming.

The higher pixel density is a noticeable upgrade when switching from a 1080p monitor. There is a small amount of light bleed on the edges but I don't notice it unless I look for it during dark scenes.
