We first purchased another monitor that was 24", but didn't like it so we went back and purchased this one. It's 27" and has much better resolution. Pictures are great and everything works great.

The actual monitor design looks really cool with the thin border the ominous light at the bottom. The 2160p ips screen looks fantastic. I play Witcher 3 in 1440p on ultra settings, and it's almost like art. But....the contrast is not the best. (Difference between blacks and brights) but I'm comparing to my 100m:1 1080p ips screen, so its a little different from resolution wise. But awesome 4k entry monitor, for gaming, again good for entry level.

Picked this up Black Friday and compared to my HP 27 ips monitor there was definitely a picture difference. Easy to setup and comes with both hdmi and display cables in matching white.

The picture is amazing and the size is great. The screen is not height adjustable but it hasn't been an issue. Looks sleek and the performance and features are well worth the price.

spoiled myself to get this. wow. so sweet to extend the display and can use this display to have two (or more) windows visible plus laptop display. incredible quality pic too

Great monitof with fantastic clarity & color. This is my 3rd flat screen monitor & this is by far the best. Pricing a bit higher than I wanted, but quality is worth it.

Got this on sale and it's a beautiful monitor. The color and quality is better than samsungs (surprisingly... I'm a Samsung kind of guy). But I bought both and the LG was a lot better, both picture and material wise. Wish Best Buy sold it in black, but I'll make the sacrifice

This is the 4K monitor I have been waiting for. Affordable and quality. Be aware, there's 3 types of the monitor: one with a Sliver stand and white back, one with a black stand and black back (this one), and one with a black stand that pivots and rotates with a black back (the other two versions are sold on other sites, not Amazon). I've been searching for a true 4K monitor that suits my needs (I'm a video production solo gig) and this monitor is it. I have the 2013 Mac Pro since it was released and have been using the Dell P2815Q monitor (a overly priced half-baked TN panel 4K monitor), this monitor is light years ahead of quality, viewing angles, overall color, and brightness compared to that Dell. This feels like a $1000 monitor for half the price. Now since Apple first showcased the Mac Pro, they said you can run 3 4K monitors and I've searching for the right monitor that I can do with for a low price without sacrificing quality. This monitor is my answer. Currently I have 1, but soon my dream of having that infinitely famous triple monitor setup will happen with this. Also fun fact: 3 of these monitors equals the price of Dell's 5K monitor... Now which one would you really choose? I know. Look here's the bottom line: If you've been looking for an quality IPS 4K monitor with accurate color, great brightness, thin bezels (man there thin), and for a low price, you've found the answer. I'll update this review in a few months after using the monitor for a while.

I'm glued to my desk chair now because the 27" computer monitor is like a top quality TV. The size also makes it easier on my aging eyes. I'm so glad I upgraded now.

For what I needed- to make my laptop a bigger screen- this was the answer . Even though my laptop screen is not high rez- it still looks great. It also has hdmi inputs for a bluray player or future ultra HD player

This reasonably priced 4K monitor is sharp, calibrates well and covers the full sRGB spectrum. It's slim and light but doesn't have an adjustable height stand (it does tilt). Has DisplayPort and HDMI connections.

This monitor is simply fantastic, the 27" screen size is perfect for its 4K resolution at 150% scaling in Windows 10, and the color accuracy is phenomenal for photo editing and other color sensitive work. The fact it comes with an HDMI and DisplayPort cable is also a plus, and it has plenty of features baked in to make full use of all connectivity. I haven't had a chance to try the FreeSync yet as I currently have an Nvidia card rather than AMD, but overall the IPS Panel is surprisingly low latency with no noticeable pixel/motion blur or latency while gaming anywhere from 1080p to 2160p.

I was looking for an IPS 4k Monitor about 27" in size and found this on sale. Looks fantastic and works great. I never want to go back to 1080, but some programs have difficulty making text look right or big enough. Everything shrinks when you go 4k so you have to play with settings. Using Win7 currently, will try Win10 and see how it is. Not the fault of the monitor. It is doing exactly what it is supposed to. I bought this for viewing/editing photography. I can see more of my images and in greater detail than before. The view on this is closer to what you see when you print images.

I am used to the retina display on my MacBook Pro - had an old 1080p monitor attached and wanted something a little nicer. The LG is a significant step up!

I picked up two of these 4K monitors mainly for photo and video editing. I have also used it for gaming and they look great! Definitely recommend

This monitor is fantastic in every way except for refresh rate. The image quality, viewing angles, and the overall design of the monitor are great except for the stand which is wobbly. I would have included an adjustable stand for a $500 monitor I think thats ridiculous in this day and age to not have one. I would want it to be a higher hz range though because it would be a better experience but that's not really the fault of this monitor as DP 1.2 doesn't support the bandwidth for that yet. So if you're great with 60hz I would definitely get this monitor for 4k.

I love this monitor. The detail is amazing and I love the no glare screen. It's much easier on the eyes. So far no issues with this product at all.

i use monitor for gaming and the 4k makes the games so much more lifelike. You may have to upgrade your video card to get the full benifit though

I have to end up use this monitor as 1080 settings instead of 4K as my mac mini not supports 4K well on this monitor. when setting 4K with my mac mini - everything that i see is becomes too smaller and there is no way to adjust size except to change setting to default to display which is 1080. Stand is too cheap and not adjusted. it has DP and 2 HDMI so connection are good but no USB which is down side. I would give 3.5 rating to this monitor. Also only one joystic to set anything you want. only one button does all. this worry me bit bcoz if this button not work then you cant do anything with monitor. I see bleeding on top while startup. no dead pixel. price is good at $310.

Upgrading to this monitor has been a great experience for me. I'm enjoying working in the 4k resolution with even more desktop space than I had in my previous monitors. This monitor has input sources so you could essentially connect 3 computers to this monitor. I have my mac and pc connected to it with a combination of a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and switching systems is such a breeze. I grabbed 2 of these when it was on sale and it was an amazing deal. I love the work that I do and working in my new dual screen setup has been amazing!
