What a Nightmare

I have always been a big supporter of Best Buy. Bought many appliances and extended warranties. In this case they act like this is not a problem. 6 repairs on a car and they Lemon Law the piece of junk. They are just trying to drag it out until the extended warranty expires. Elite Plus, Extended Warranty, Loyal Customer means nothing.

I have been very happy with the LG appliances I have purchased and this one is no exception. It has all the features I wanted, including the bottom freezer drawer and slim ice maker. The ice maker is awesome and we are never out of ice. The only complaint is the depth of the unit is a bit deeper than I needed, but the smaller ones just don't have the capacity I needed. Other than that, the unit is perfect for our application - I would definitely would recommend this unit.
