Lots of space, love the ice maker. The middle tray love it.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Lots of room. Love the touch screen front so you can see what is inside. Exactly what I needed!

I am very upset with Best Buy! We scheduled delivery for Friday, April 4th including the costs for delivery, installation and haul away over 3 1/2 weeks ago and there was no reason for it being rescheduled noted. We paid good money for the on time delivery and we received NO phone calls from anyone regarding any delays. Suddenly, the afternoon before delivery, we received a email notifying us that someone had canceled our April 4th delivery, making NO attempt to contact us by phone regarding our urgent need. We have been without a refrigerator now for well over 3 1/2 weeks and was depending on Best Buy to insure the on time delivery. Even though we made every effort to make sure we were ready and were told they have the refrigerator in their possession, the delivery service suddenly (the afternoon before delivery) decided to make us wait an additional week (Friday, April 11th) for their delivery without any explanation. I called Best Buy and expressed our dismay. The Escalation Department did finally call me while I was writing this review and I expressed our need and urgency to them. The Escalation Department is supposed to call us back again tomorrow to see if they can get the refrigerator delivered to us any sooner. Perhaps they should muster greater control over their delivery service department. All we can do now is wait and keep our fingers crossed.

Sleek spacious, just a beautiful functional refrigerator! I love the craft ice! I have no complaints about this refrigerator!

We have enjoyed the fridge so far...it has taken a bit to get used to the new storage style since we came from a side by side before this. Personally, I think the viewing window/door is odd and not really useful for our family. I don’t love the design of the that door, accessing stuff stored in the door from inside the fridge is annoying. The doors don’t stay open very well which can be annoying and the door open alarm goes off way to quick. Other than that it’s fantastic. Love the flex drawer and the two ice makers, both features were mainly what we were looking for!

This is such a well thought out refrigerator. At first I thought the door within a door was gimmicky - but it is one of the most convenient things about this refrigerator. It preserves the cool in the main part of the fridge even when you are opening the door within a door for most used items.

A great refrigerator. Lot's of usable, customizable space. First time with the see through window, so not sure if it will be a lot of benefit. This is our 2nd LG refrigerator and we loved the first one.

Great refrigerator. Love the style, lots of room inside. The only reason for a 4 rating is that it takes quite a while for the ice to be made, especially for the large bourbon ice. And stops making bourbon ice when the bottom is filled/lined….u would think it would make 2 layers, but no, only one layer of ice, so if u r having a large group of people over, u will run out of the bourbon ice

I waited 6 months to create this review, and so far so good! The size is perfect for my household of 7. The middle drawer is great for items the kids often use to make their sandwiches and homemade pizzas. The depth of the fridge is so deep, I need a stool to grab what I need sometimes (I’m short). I love the wine chiller feature in the middle drawer too. If I had any complaints, it would be I wish the left side door storage shelves were bigger. With the pandemic forcing everyone to stay home, this fridge has been able to withstand constant use of opening and closing the drawers and doors and adjusting temperatures to be able to make mama a cocktail or two.

Nice fridge horrible delivery guys .. two sets of delivery guys came and neither one of them could install the refrigerator they said it wouldn’t fit. They left it in the backyard and my boyfriend and I installed the refrigerator Best Buy definitely needs to get new delivery teams it is ridiculous

This really is the "cat's meow" of refrigerators...Elegantly designed and incredibly functional. LG's engineering department did a masterful job with this model. You can fit an XL pizza box in here without breaking a sweat or sacrificing the "usual suspects". Big-box store sized pickle jar? No problem. Just flip up the convertible shelf and you are on your way. The door-in-door with InstaView is much more useful than I even imagined! All the juices, Milk, Creamer, etc. live in there for quick, out of the way, access. Craft ice is cool as heck! Very impressed and absolutely recommend to others.

This refrigerator has so much room! It has so many great features and ways to organize your food! I love it!

Great refrigerator especially after our previous refrigerator died literally 5 years after it was delivered. So instead of waiting for repair and spend 400.00 just tell us what is wrong with it and probably another 1000.00 in labor parts. It is quicker to get a new one. So we got another LG to match everything else we got five years ago. My wife loves the top draw and the space in this refrigerator. Hoping to get more than five years of use this time! Also have to say the delivery team was awesome! Very professional.

We love this refrigerator! It has so much room and the craft ice option is a bonus.
