Although I hate that LG changed the waterspout that was on the outside of the door, it is still a good fridge and it has wifi. Don't really care about that. Old fashioned and would rather control from the fridge panel.

We bought it last year then sold our house and failed to put in the listing that the fridge wasn’t included in the sale! We immediately went online to Best Buy so we could get another delivered the day we moved into the new house! We love the craft ice and the Instaview is super convenient! Thank you Bedt Buy and LG!

Its only been a month but so far I'm totally satisfied wirh my choice.

Lg 3 door refrigerator with craft icemaker

It was delivered August 1923 and we have had the repairman out here already six times. He left about two hours ago and now it’s not working again. So far not a good resolution with LG had to take six days off from work already and now I’m losing hundreds of dollars in the freezer worth of food. Not a happy customer. When the refrigerator works. It is wonderful.

Seems to delay a bit on ice shut off. But i love the frig.

Really really like the color, classy. Having cocktail ice was a bonus as well. Hoping it holds up and doesn’t have the issues with the thermostat our old LG had. It appears to be well built and we could tell changes in its design were better engineered

A lot of volume in the depth of the unit. We added additional racks to stack more items it it. The flex drawer is a great feature and the most used feature. The only wish list item would be a half shelf / split one of the large shelves in order to create room for tall items. it is not wine bottle friendly.

Features such as the French door & middle bin (e.g., for sodas, bottles) are convenient & freezer room is spacious. But the ice maker leaves more to be desired. The craft ice maker stopped working a few months ago & had to be repaired. Then both ice makers are now malfunctioning and are in need of repair. Rather disappointing & problematic because you need to empty all the food/drinks from the whole unit in order for repairs to be completed & of course, there is lost time involved in scheduling and waiting for repairs to be completed.
