    This refrigerator is the best. Plenty of room in the freezer as well as the refrigerator. The Full or convert drawer is convenient and easy to use. I am pleased with my purchase.

    Love this fridge. The craft ice isn’t quite what I was expecting but it is still a nice feature. Tons of room and the convertible drawer may be just right with the holiday meals coming up. Hate the fact we don’t get reward points any longer. Zero incentive to just purchase from Best Buy. Had a dishwasher and garage freezer on deck but I won’t be getting it from here.

    We love this fridge so much! We bought it last year then sold our house and failed to put in the listing that the fridge wasn’t included in the sale! We immediately went online to Best Buy so we could get another delivered the day we moved into the new house! We love the craft ice and the Instaview is super convenient! Thank you Bedt Buy and LG!

    The flexibility of this multifunctional refrigerator fits our lifestyle so well. Really really like the color, classy. Having cocktail ice was a bonus as well. Hoping it holds up and doesn’t have the issues with the thermostat our old LG had. It appears to be well built and we could tell changes in its design were better engineered

    Refrig and set up was great. No so great (actually really bad) is your customer service. Call b/c I found the refrigerator at lower price at Home Depot. To date you have not adjusted the cost despite several calls.

    I didn't want to buy another LG refrigerator, nor did I want to spend over $2500. I lost both battles, but my wife is happy! The last LG refrigerator only lasted about 7 or 8 years. Hopefully this one makes it longer

    Overall very nice and has the volume we were looking for. A lot of volume in the depth of the unit. We added additional racks to stack more items it it. The flex drawer is a great feature and the most used feature. The only wish list item would be a half shelf / split one of the large shelves in order to create room for tall items. it is not wine bottle friendly.
