    Bought new 2 years ago, I like it but I have to be careful to make sure I push the doors and drawers are closed all the way, would be nice if they would close more easily! Lost lots of food when it failed to close properly

    I absolutely urge anyone considering this fridge to NOT purchase it from Best Buy. The fridge is extremely expensive, and BB commits to price-match for 60 days, but does not follow through. Within the first 45 days the ice maker showed issues. No one from BB responds. It's a nightmare company we will never do business with again.

    Comes up short on 5 stars because the bottom ice maker of the balls is very slow at a pace of about 2 per day.

    I've had 2 significant repairs done on this fridge in since I bought it a year and a half ago. Highly recommend not buying this expensive paperweight.

    It is pretty decent but as for the product it is okay. It even hasn't been 2 years and I am seeing fan issues which has stopped making craft ice. it keeps on showing ff ee error no matter what and LG doesn't cover it under mfg warranty. Not worth the money. I would rather buy other brands. Waste of money.

    4 grand nothing but problems since day 1 :( I see this being a rough ride ahead. :( frozen up twice. sensors failed now mainboard,plus 3 other parts and now possibly compressor because its over chilling( too cold) the entire fridge...
