I read all the reviews on different sights and compare, compare, compare! I was a little concerened with the reviews because they were all "Promotional reviews"(all great) but decided I really like this one so I would take the chance. I chose this one because it doesn't look like a huge metal box! You can adjust all the shelves so large containers of OJ etc... fit easily. It's very spacious and the freezer storage is ample for my family of five. Makes ice fast and has an extra ice storage bin in the freezer to stockpile ice for all this sporting events! I first ordered the counter depth but they have to leave this one about 6-7 inches off the wall in order for the door to open so I went back and exchanged it for the standard one, much bigger same price, and it fits exactly the same but goes all the way back to the wall. I like it even more now because hey, almost 10 more cubic feet is a bonus! You won't regret purchasing this!

And the kicker is that Best Buy doesn't have anyone to repair it so they referred me to LG and guess what LG can't find anyone to repair it. Waste of money and annoyed at the lack of customer service.
