When I started my search for a new refrigerator, I didn't think to look at Best Buy. However, we had many challenges to overcome, such as timing, shipping & delivery costs, and haul away of a custom built in. Most places like Home Depot do not haul away custom built ins - but Best Buy does! Not only do the have the best price (they price match), they also made the scheduling, shipping, and delivery of our new fridge and haul away of our custom built in FLAWLESS. Every step of the process - from the Best Buy salesperson to the white gloved delivery service they provided were the most professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Save yourself the headache (unlike me) of calling Home Depot, Bed Bath Beyond, Costco, Sears, etc - and just go to Best Buy! Especially if you are in Hawaii - you will not regret it! A++ The fridge also is an amazing fridge. It is a BEHEMOTH - fits everything. I have a dedicated help yourself snack section (instaview shelf) for my daughter where she can see what's available and grab a snack for herself (like at a grocery store). I have a prep-ready middle section for marinated foods, ready to be cooked at any time, and a spacious freezer for all my frozen meals. It's a cook's dream!

Love the space in this refrigerator and the kids love the see thru door! The middle utility drawer is a bit noisy while opening/closing and doesn't pull all the way out to access products that may have shifted to the back. The in door water dispenser is kinda funky and with no drip tray we tend to clean up the drips often with impatient kids. Best part is the in door ice maker and not taking up the fridge space.

Previous fridge was to small so opted for this new one. The fridge is huge. The plus is being able to see what is in the fridge door without having to open it. Negative would be the arm hinges that hold the door are also massive so unless you can leave the fridge pulled out you will have to move it when you want to get in the cabinets above or get rid of them.

Wow! What a fridge. No it does not do any magic or anything like that. What it does is just work as a fridge that just does everything very well. It is roomy. It is quiet. There are LED lights that shine brightly inside. The shelves are handy in the freezer. The flexible drawer is handy because the temperature is adjustable. You can use it as an additional freezer, non-frozen food or specialty items such as wine or cheeses that have different temperatures from the rest. Then it looks beautiful too. Nitpicks? Well the ice maker was slow when it was new. The water dispenser is in a different location from the ice dispenser. I thought that the knock feature was a gimmick but it really does come in handy. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

I love the fact that you don’t have to open the door to get to your drinks and having air go into the refrigerator just for a bottle of water. And the fact that I could control my temperature when I am not at home is great so you never go on vacation and come back to your refrigerator not working

I have had this appliance for over a year and I am completely thrilled with it! With a large family, we have utilized every bit of space for storage. The ability to look inside without opening the door is wonderful and has alleviated me from yelling at the kids!

3 weeks in and no problems so far. In doing research NO fridge, from any manufacturer got higher than an 87 rating from Consumer Reports, and owner reviews pretty much matched that. I just knew I did NOT want another Samsung product .. Zero luck with them :( Overall, this series had the best reviews and the most "happy campers". Some were making comments about the ice maker and compressor fans being noisy. This thing is a "beast" in size, and is as quiet as a church mouse, compared to my Samsung!! Standing next to it, I just barely hear it. The Samsung you could hear ice dropping in the master bedroom, on the other side of the house, with the door closed!! :0 I did change the color to the stainless black, a few days after ordering, and I was glad I did!! Soooo much better looking and no visible fingerprints like on the stainless. Plus, the Best Buy associate was VERY nice and accommodating with my request! Delivery was not only on time .. it was actually about 3 hours early!!! Worked out great for me ... I had JUST finished taking things out of the old one and putting them into a cooler. :) Installers were quick, professional and very courteous. Overall, my buying experience was GREAT! If I need any other appliances, I will be sure to stop here first! If anything significant changes, I will come back and give an update.

We read the reviews and All were very Postive. The door-in-door is a very nice feature. This LG is extremely quiet and a great value. All LED lighting and has a water filter and air filter. I couldn't be happier

My spouse and I love this new fridge. With the divider it came with, the middle drawer holds around 72 standard 12 oz. soda/beer cans upright and you can set its temperature at 33 degrees Fahrenheit - one degree above freezing for a very cold beverage. I bought some "no skid" material online to place in the bottom of this drawer so contents don't move around when we open the drawer. Freezer is spacious. Ice maker works great. Top part of fridge is large and we love the smaller front access door for frequently used items. Not magnetic on front (just sides). Expensive choice but we wanted something more "fun" than the fridge we've used for the past 25 years (that old one being used by a relative now). Front door had to be removed from house to get this fridge inside -- and that is with the fridge doors and drawers removed!

It's been about a month since we purchased this refrigerator, and it is working great. The inside of the refrigerator is quite large but the shelves on the left door are almost too small to be very useful. I would have given it a 5 star if the price was a little lower.

This refrigerator is awesome! There's tons of space so there's no shoving items into small spots to make them fit. The custom chill drawer can be used for extra fridge space or freezer space. I use it for all our cheese and dairy items, as well as for chilling wine. The shelves are adjustable in the drawer so you can even fit party trays in there if needed. The freezer has 3 drawers to keep things organized. The ice maker is slim so it doesn't get in the way of fridge space. The door in door is great for milk and drinks. The easy reach drawers are great for grab and go snacks. We bought a thermometer to check if the temperature is right and so far it's spot on. We love it so far!

Ive hax this u it for about 2 months now it has so much space frezer is nice very good drawers its glides very nice fill lvery sturdy love being able to ope thr front door w out having to open the hold door glad i when with this one

Love how sleek and modern this fridge is. There is a lot of room and adequate drawers. The middle drawer is so versatile and can be used for fridge or freezer space, how cool is that?!

Refrigerator is very quiet and keeps food cold as needed. Plenty of ice as we don't use very much. Lots of storage capacity. My freezer is full but the refrigerator part still looks half empty!

This was a nightmare. Giant, roomy, totally quiet and worked great for two months. Then...we lost a bunch of food when it died. LG call centers are out of country, getting a repair took ten days. Replaced the condenser and it was really loud and died again. Seven repairs, at least 30 calls finally to an escalated service center in North Carolina. Finally got a Best Buy gift card for original purchase price. Took it apart to get out the door and was hauled away when we bought a Bosch. For a $4K fridge, this was an awful experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, This was a time sucking giant piece of landfill that had my wife in tears multiple times. Big first world problems, we had other food and a garage fridge to get by so it was just inconvenient and disruptive during the pandemic to have people in and out of the house without resolution. Just the worst of the worst. Horrible appliance. Died four times before it was finally replaced. Google LG fridge condenser issues and you will see there are lawsuits, recalls, and accusations that they knew there were issues and sold the inventory they had.

I'm a guy and normally don't get excited about appliances but I am really liking this fridge. It is huge. The black stainless looks very classy. We basically were able to get rid of our second fridge by utilizing this hugs 30 cubic ft capacity. Love how you can just open front of door to access milk and stuff. No problems after one month. I got the extended Best Buy warranty. My only concern is hoping the compressor doesn't go bad as some reviews have said.

I haven't had this refrigerator long, but so far I love it! I like how much room there is inside and the option to make the center drawer a freezer or leave it as part of the refrigerator. So far a great refrigerator. Happy with my purchase

So far this refrigerator is great, it has a lot of space and my family really enjoy it. The test will come later with the ice maker, seeing how long it will last without problems.

Forget any problems with excessive noise when this baby runs. It’s very quiet Loads of space, the only con I have found is milk gallons have to be stored in the door unless you move some shelves

Awesome fridge. Lots of room! Icemaker went out on one occasion .. delivery not really great as no education for use of new fridge and lots of insulation paper left inside fridge.. overall a great fridge!
