We love the door in door feature. I can't imagine just how much electricity just that saves us. My wife uses the middle drawer for her stuff only so that really works for us. I thought the freezer was going to be an issue but it truly holds as much if not more than our old side by side and the 2 sliding drawers in it give you so much more storage. I am a big ice fan and I like the size of the ice. The ice storage bin could be bigger though. The shelf that slides back in the frig is also a nice feature. It allows us to put big bottles there when needed. Overall we are still happy with our purchase.

I upgraded to this fridge because it corrected the issues I had with my previous fridge where the door flap kept breaking. This fridge has fixed the issues and is large and spacious with the ice maker in the door. I love the separate pull out drawer that can be temperature adjusted for whatever you choose to put in it. I keep vegetables in mine. I also like the energy efficient mini door on the front. We keep commonly used items in this keeper. If you knock on the fridge it lights up so you can see inside without opening the door. Overall great fridge!

Great for the whole family, lots of space, I really love the one door where you can put your drinks without even opening the whole door, very smart and cool idea.

We needed a larger refrigerator so we went with a brand that we trust. This fridge is excellent! We were uncertain of how we would use the middle drawer, but have discovered that it’s great for keeping many things at a different temperature than either the regular refrigerator or the freezer. We keep our beverages in there. Using the instaView door helps save re-cooling the refrigerator. It’s great! We ordered it online, and Best Buy was great to work with in ordering it, and having it delivered and set up! A great experience!!

Have this for over a year now and has been great love the look and plenty of space inside although don't use the instaview feature that often it is kind of cool :-)

I have had the refrigerator for now a month and have been extremely pleased with it. It is very spacious inside and easy to access many items as needed. It has enough small compartments in various locations that I found very useful. The design of the door in door feature was excellent. The kids can quickly grab their drinks/snacks without having to open the whole refrigerator. The only reason I did not gift it a the full 5 stars is the setup of the app could be easier. Small issue but I have learned to use it and find it quite useful now. Especially when having guests over and can activate the ice making feature (you can increase the speed at which it creates it)

This fridge not only looks nice but is extremely functional. It has a small door for drinks and a middle drawer perfect for my 6 year olds snacks. Plenty of room too.

Peace of crap refrigerator bought in 2020 a year after I bought it stopped cooling still had warranty and it was fix now 5/2024 warranty expired and refrigerator is no longer working and non fixable

My space was perfect for this frig. Huge space. Enough for anything I have. Beautiful exterior and interior. One thing is stainless steel needs to be clean all the time.

We bought the floor model of this discontinued item from their warehouse for less than half original ticket price because of a slight blemish. Fits fabulously and works perfectly in my kitchen. Door in door is a conversation piece and ice dispenser appears robust, simple and convenient. Huge shelves perfect for storing lots of food at a time of limited opportunities for safe grocery shopping. Definitely recommend the successor models of this product. No complaints about LG - we are fans!!!

This is the biggest and most modern unit on the market. Be sure to measure I had mine dropped off into my garage since I had to take doors off to get it into the house. A patio door would work better to get it in since standard door size is to skinny. Lots of room for all cup sizes for door ice and water. Be sure to flush water per instructions to get rid of the new refrigerator water taste along with both filters. The app does NOT work for iPhones only galaxy etc. I can fit fresh food and left overs in. The two knocks on the door is amazing to peek inside.

Floor models are my best friends. When I cannot find the one I’m looking for in stock it’s the next best thing. I was so afraid it was going to be too big for my space but it fit perfectly. It is a bit hard to keep clean as it is stainless steel. It has a few scratches but I don’t mind. I have kids and that’s bound to happen any way. Very spacious and bright inside with plenty of drawers. I couldn’t have found a more beautiful semi-used fridge to fall in love with!

This refrigerator was recommended to us by a customer service rep at our local Best Buy. It is the best refrigerator we have ever purchased. Everything is very accessible. My only compliant would be more space to store taller items other than what is available by lowering one of the shelves. It's very quiet and keeps items at the proper temp. Love everything about it and would highly recommend it! Love how informative Best Buy reps are when you are not sure what brand you want to buy. Excellent customer service!

I love this fridge! Its roomy and has a of space! My only issue is the ice maker. It's a bit small, but we manage!!

this is one big fridge that packs a punch , we did lots of research and shopping around and LG that stood out the best , cools very quick , the insta view door is nice feature , the middle drawer which could be used as second normal temps door or can set it to -1 degrees to keep your food well preserved like cheese , chicken , fish meat etc ...this is a huge fridge and the doors had to come out in order for it to come through the front door , yup !...no cons and all pros ! very happy with our purchase

This refrigerator met all my needs & wants! Resists fingerprints, ice and water access from outside, see through window to access frequently used products like milk, yogurt, condiments, butter, snacks, etc. Having the middle drawer with separate temp controls, allows one to have easy access to butter, cheese, meat, wine, yogurt, etc. The bottom freezer has several compartments to allow for organization. All in all, a great smart refrigerator.

This Refrigerator is overall a great product but it does have a few drawbacks. If you have room, definitely go for the 29 foot version. This one has pretty short shelves. We are only 2 people so it works fine, but if your family is bigger, do not buy this. Also there is no "meat" drawer that is big enough to hold much. It does have a lot of bells and whistles and it works great so far.

This refrigerator is a dream. There are so many storage options and energy saving ideas built into it. Having the ability to remove frequently accessed beverages from a separate, outside door without having to open up the entire refrigerator is great. And when you do open a main door, you can hear the refrigerator powering down. There is nothing that I don't like about it! I have purchased many refrigerators in my lifetime, but this is my all-time favorite!!
