Like the LG refrigerator, lots of room For food however had a problem with panel called LG about problem and They said they They would send some one out for repair. A week later got Email they said there service provider was not working on there Products anymore. Got another Email and they said they found another service provider that is 45 miles away and that they would call me that was 4 days ago. Wish me luck!!

It has been few weeks since the fridge was delivered and we love the features. Spacious enough for our family needs. We are making very good use of the features such as glass door for milk/drinks, chill tray, etc. Modular option provides us with the ability to move shelves, separate things in freezer and trays; so handy to keep large items. Highly recommend and worth the investment.

I love almost everything about this fridge! It's beautiful, sleek, and has so much space. My house has a very open floor plan and it is a little noisy compared to the GE I used to have. If your kitchen is more enclosed or you don't mind a little constant noise, it's perfect. The only other little thing is that there is nothing to catch spilled water from the water dispenser. I don't consider that a huge deal but for what it costs it should be perfect.

So far I love this fridge. The only negative I can say about it at this time is that the ice maker is slow and doesn't make enough ice for a small family. I had to buy a bin to keep in the lower freezer section to keep full of ice. Also, I was told the center drawer was a "flex" drawer that could be used as a freezer if we wanted. Not true! I have it on that setting, but does not get even close to freezing anything! Other than those two minor things, I love it so far.

Wonderfully spacious, pleasingly aesthetically sleek and streamlined for efficiency! I can't say enough wonderful things about this upgrade to my kitchen. Love the door in door feature. Lends itself to greater organization with the multiuse compartments and functions. Love that I can use the drawer for my my little people to access their snacks, juice boxes but could also change the temperature on this drawer for other functions.

1 month old and doing fine. Inside seems cooler than my 5 yr old fridge. Flex door is great for beverage or misc. items. Improvement on ice maker in door type. Other brand of ice maker in door were clumpy and melted together. The bad.. door light in InstaView is sensitive, it turns on when tapping on a wood floor, normal conversation in kitchen, coughing, knocking on table 3ft away, when washing pots and pans. Other than that its still brand new.

We love the flex zone drawer! The refrigerator is huge, lightening is bright led inside. The instaview door is great. The only cons I find so far is it doesn’t make enough ice at a go and i can’t fit tall bottles or containers on a whole shelf. Only half of the middle shelf is adjustable which doesn’t give enough space. All in all, love the refrigerator!

We knew in store that it would be a good fridge it’s deep to store lots and lots of groceries we are a hungry bunch so with 5 of us we can go 1 1/2 weeks before going to the store for more I feel like the app could be a little bit more involved but the fridge is great by its self ooooo and how can I forget that middle drawer it’s the best

We have purchased this product a year ago. The first time we noticed that something is wrong is when we noticed the ice maker is dripping water. Searching the internet and calling support it made sense that this might be the refrigerator defrosting. Ran diagnostics via the app and it showed that all is well. Woke up in the morning to find that both the refrigerator and the freezer are at room texture. Reached out to LG support (each call includes over 40 min of waiting on the phone). Support was not helpful. After 2 weeks we are at the stage that they are looking for a technician in my area. (COVID19 makes it harder). I can understand that a unit may fail and this is the reason for the warranty - however leaving a family for over 2 weeks with out a solution and having "invested" over 5 hours on the phone tells me to stay away from LG in general!

This fridge has great features. The Insta view door and middle drawer are what appealed to us. Also, love that the ice makes is in the door and doesn't take up any fridge space. There is tons of room inside, always looks empty!

I Really like the middle drawer. It really adds lots more storage .

We were looking for our first french door refrigerator. This was much larger than what we had, and the options it came with are great. Most of our stuff fits in the door in door area. Our previous frigvwas always full, this one always has room. The small drawer is great for lunchmeat, yogurt and other smaller items. The see through door has been very useful since we go through milk fast.

I personally do not like screen ones.. it looks fancy but no use of screen tbh. But, this refrigerator is differ from any other refrigerators, plenty of room, energy sufficient, and front clear door let you decide what to pull out before opening the door!! However, downside is, ice maker size is kinda small. So, if you want big ice maker, it is not the one for you.

I love the IntaView door and the smart wifi capability.

Bought this LG to replace a failing Samsung refrigerator with common defect, which is only a few years old, and which Samsung isn't rectifying. The LG door-in-door is great for quick access to beverages and other frequently used items. More than I expected, I like the knock-to-turn-on-light feature without opening the doors. The top external drawer doesn't provide a hard-freeze choice.

It’s a big fridge. There is a place for everything. You just have to find the place for your things. This fridge works great, is quiet, and the knock on door is fun. Only thing that bugs us a bit is one of the little drawers can only be accessed with both doors open, but not a big deal. Love the unit, and Best Buy did a great job from sale to delivery and setup.

I bought this Refrigerator based on it's cool features but 3 hours after it was Delivered the middle drawer quit working and the light in the Freezer quit working. Best Buy quickly brought me another brand new Refrigerator and picked up the broke one. After about 4 hours the 2nd Refrigerator started leaking water from the water filter in the door below the ice maker.

This unit is stylish and practical. It is the right combination of useful design and tech. I love the large glass quick access door. The water and ice dispenser are each designed to make using any kind of container an easy option. The controls are simple. The unit makes excellent use of space. I am very pleased with this product!
