Nice big refrigerator, great features that are easy to use. However, in less than one month the ice maker has already failed. We got rid of our Samsung for the same issue. We were hoping the LG would not suffer the same problem but it did. For $2700 I expect better, unfortunately that’s not what we got.

Upgraded from a Samsung that was giving out on me after 11 years. The size and design are perfect, but I tend to feel that way about LG. I had a great experience with sales rep and delivery went well (even in light rain). They took care to gently bring in, set up and wipe down for me. Overall great experience.

This fridge is HUGE. The extra space is necessary because the door shelves take up a lot of the indoor space! The window/mini door is nice for grabbing drinks without opening the entire fridge. I also learned while reading the manual that the fridge has wifi capabilities for troubleshooting. Cool, but I hope I never need to use it.

Very spacious and great features. The middle draw has come in handy.

Beautiful fridge. However, very very large which required the door of the house as well as fridge doors to be removed to be able to get it into the kitchen. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but so far our family loves all the room/storage and features. Highly recommend—just make sure you have an opening big enough to allow it to fit through!!

I used to walk by this refrigerator and dream of owning it but couldn't justify buying. Then my refrigerator broke down..yea! I love this refrigerator. The instaView door is great for my young grandchildren and..older children. It is so spacious, my son loves that it holds a large pizza box easily. I highly recommend.

OK, I’m going to be honest. This refrigerator was a replacement for my other LG model. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty, because my refrigerator stopped cooling. The extended warranty was a good investment. Let’s face it, with the cost of refrigerators these days, you need to be smart and get the extra warranty.I got another LG model because I was impressed with how the refrigerator operated over the years. Things break. So I am very happy to recommend LG model refrigerator to any other Best Buy customer out there. My only complaint, is I could not get another five year extended warranty. I had to settle for the three year extended warranty. Make the investment, if you’re going to spend that kind of money on a refrigerator, what is another $300?

We have had this beautiful refrigerator for about a month now and love it. The size is enormous and the middle drawer is versatile so you can use it as a refrigerator or a freezer as you need to use it. My wife is a little unhappy with the water dispenser because she is not used to it yet. Her large water bottles fit at an angle and she wishes she could pull something out and away from the fridge to fill them up. Beware of shorter people. The top shelves are deep and my wife is only 5'1" so she can't reach the back to the top shelves. But, that leaves more room for me to put stuff. Haha! Overall it is a nice refrigerator and it takes time to get used to the glass door where you access things without opening the main cabin of the fridge. I think it is grand machine and thank you Best Buy and LG for this product. Delivery was excellent, sales was excellent and machine is excellent.

This is our first LG Refrigerator and we love it! It has great storage space that is well organized, particularly the three drawers. The freezer compartment also is well designed. We had previously owned a Samsung, but it was nothing but trouble! We will never buy Samsung appliances again.

So disappointed at LG refrigerator. It is making buzz and humming sound almost 2/3 of the day. It is not super noisy but noisy enough to get bothered much. So I contacted the LG customer service and they sent us the technician. But the technician said this is the normal noise this series of LG fridge is making. (So he just updated the software and left.) I've owned Samsung and GE fridges before this one but believe me, I am not being too sensitive. None of them made this much sound. I wish I can upload the video file so I can post the noise it is making. I like LG appliances (using washer and dryer) but I would definitely NOT recommend this fridge to others.

This refrigerator is beyond spacious, easy to clean and a great buy if you have a large family. The storage in yhe freezer is larger than I woukd have expected and larger than the traditional freezer top refrigerators we have grown accustomed to back in yhe day.

This refrigerator does everything that we needed and wanted it to do. The water and the ice maker do not operate when the doors are open but that's a safety feature. The kids like the knock knock to make the light go on. Simply put, there's so much space in this refrigerator, we can never keep it full.

Got this new refrigerator over a year ago. Love it! It has so much room! Love the “beer” drawer. Love that the freezer is a drawer on the bottom. The condiment door feature is awesome too. Oddly my favorite part might be the water dispenser. Can fill tall water bottles all the way to top with lg’s design.

I purchased this fridge because it was large and had the Knock-Knock door-in-door. I love this feature and we use it all the time. The small middle drawer is great as well. Being able to store different things in this drawer and being able to change the temperature is great. I finally have a place to keep my deli meats and cheeses in a proper place and not in a small sliding drawer in the main area. Some of the materials could be a little more durable for the price of this fridge, but if you treat it right, it should last quit a while. The freezer is great as well with 3 drawers and the ability to slide a "wall" back and forth to change the size of the main bin. Love the ice and water dispenser as well because I have never had that on a fridge before. I like that the ice and water are different push panels instead of needing to press a button between ice and water. Great fridge and would definitely highly recommend.

So far- this refrigerator is working to our needs. We have three little ones and to have the middle drawer for the kids to grab refrigerated snacks is perfect. Keeps the rest of the other foods cool on the top. The freezer size is good as well- the different compartments makes finding food easy.

The storage possibilities in this refrigerator are endless. The freezer compartment has shelves which make sorting and find frozen food items much easier, and the multiple openings and compartments in the refrigerator section take advantage of every inch of space.

I just wish they just offered a fridge this size without all the fancy features and make it cheaper. The knock feature is neat but mainly a gimmick. You can kinda still see in without the light coming on anyway. We have the "stainless steel" finish but magnets won't stick to the front so it's obviously just a veneer of some sort. The magnets do stick on the sides of the fridge. If I'm being picky, I should be allowed at this price. If you can afford it, you will love it too.

Only issues has been a noice that could be refrigerant circulating that sounds like a leek. Response from LG was great have a service come out twice and found no leaks or problems. Just a little concerning on the sound. Have had another LG fridge for years with no issues.

The black stainless is very attractive. There is lots of room inside, still trying to figure out where to put everything. Not too sure about room on left door. Freezer has three trays which is great to organize items. The ice cubes are the perfect size and works great. Runs quite and so far I am enjoying it completely!

Had a few weeks now and so far its worked flawlessly. We love the flex drawer and the ice maker although a bit small puts out plenty of ice for our family. There is plenty of space in both the frig and freezer compartments and it runs very quiet. So far its everything we were looking for.
