I bought 2 for Gaming, it's great for 2 player....

I love this monitor. I am using it on a Mac Mini (Late 2012). It looks great, and the only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because I had to purchase additional software in order to make it work. The device drivers from LG do not help you. I bought SwitchResX app in order to use the ultra wide configuration of 2560 x 1080. Other than that, great product.

The picture/color quality is great and it has the most "OSD" settings I've seen on a monitor, but I can't deal going back to 60hz. This was advertised as a 75hz display in store, but it's only 60hz. I decided to return it, unfortunately.

I got this monitor at a rock-bottom price - during the Black Friday sale. It has greatly enhanced my productivity being able to read 2 pages at one go (full size). I am using this on Arch Linux hence not been able to check out the LG utility for screen splitting. It has a nice set of controls and overall i love it!

I'm going to be honest, I only purchased this monitor because it was $150 off. I was originally walked into Best Buy to purchase a second 23 inch monitor so I can have a duo screen. I had already contemplated purchasing a wide format monitor, and my only regret is not having purchased it earlier. Working at an advertising agency, I can honestly say that the software this monitor comes with is extremely useful. Being able to divide the screen and pretty much any configuration, using Auto snapping features is a great option. So far, the only downside is having to install the drivers on any PC I want to use it on. But that minor delay is more than compensated with time saved due to being more efficient

All my life I've been using normal aspect ratio monitors 20" or smaller and I decided I would splurge a little on this very affordable 21:9 ultrawide monitor. I am very glad I did; it makes gaming a joy, although older games need some fiddling with and aren't always perfectly suited for ultrawide. Being that it is more pixels, 2560x1080, you will naturally need more graphics card power. The MSI GTX 970 works fine for many of the newer games like Deus Ex:Mankind Divided, Fallout 4, The Division, Overwatch, etc, and high settings. I have an older computer (i7-3770k @ 3.50 GHz, 16 GB RAM), but have no issues playing the latest and greatest. Some screens, especially the opening ones, use the 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars on each side. Not a huge deal for me but may bother others. I love having an ultrawide background image on my windows 10 desktop (of course you need to have a good enough camera image to make it look nice). Overall, very happy for the small investment. Very affordable, and works great! The stand is not adjustable, by the way. The power button is four-directional as well, so you use it to select menu options. To turn the monitor off you click on it then pull the button towards you to select the off option.

The size of this screen is awesome! Splitting programs in half on the screen works really well to stay productive. I've been using it a lot for high end mapping software and to have multiple spreadsheet tables open at the she time. The refresh rate keeps the image really smooth, no matter the task.

I bought this LG ultrawide computer monitor for a great deal as a returned item. The Geek Squad fine tooth comb this monitor for me and have no issues. Easy to setup. The monitor sets itself up and meets all my needs. Easy to split into two displays if needed. Display is sharp with excellent colors.

planned on buying two monitors for dual screen display. This one was on sale for a great price and will serve the intended purpose. Spent less and am taking up less space on the desk. Win/win!

Bought this monitor for my grandson who does Youtubing and editing online. He said it worked so much better than the gaming monitor that he also has set up so for me it was money well spent for technology that it will keep his interest in computing and hands-on in what seems to be the future.

For those of you who need (or just want) a wide screen monitor, this is a great one to think about. The ultra wide screen gives you enough real estate to open and access two documents side by side, even without using the available split screen options. I didn't have space for another monitor, so this one took the place of two with ease. I am not a gamer, so the refresh rate and graphics were not an issue for me, but i have to say that I am more than pleased with my purchase. I was lucky to find one as an open box return, so was able to save a little cash in the process. If you are looking for an ultra wide screen, this is one you should try!

Nice upgrade from my old one for a good price. Colors are much improved over older technology. One drawback is there are no built in speakers (as far as I can tell there isn't, the menu gives a volume option though)

I didn't really have enough space for 2 screens. This is great for split screen multi-tasking and awesome screen real estate for the space it takes. I can't give advice on hi-res graphics or gaming as that is not my use. Just a great work screen for my mundane internet tasks...

I couldn't be more satisfied! Great picture quality and resolution. Its like having a dual monitor setup without the annoying bezel cutting into the middle of your screen.

Great monitor for the price. Looks goods, works well. The only issues that I've found is that it's not 75hz natively. I had to overclock it to hit 75hz, and even then it didn't run at 75hz without screen tearing. Running with gtx 1060 6gb via HDMI.

Looking for a new T.V., and the guys at Best Buys were very helpful and knowledgeable in my selection. They were very attentive and made sure I bought the best components for the Sony Bravia 65" X 930D. Will always use Best Buy as my electronics store.

I really like the screen. It's a great alternative to purchasing multiple monitors. The picture quality is fantastic. Great product for a reasonable price.
