This IPS ultra wide screen is beautiful and I absolutely love this. Its great for photography work and gaming on the side. And I also bought this on sale and would never return this. For the price and quality its an amazing monitor.

Picture quality is good from any viewing angle. Very good for the price, but my only wish is that it had maybe 1 additional display port instead of hdmi..? but thats okay overall still a very good monitor!

I was looking to to get a second monitor recently, since I multitask quite often. This monitor is one of the greatest 21:9 monitors I have ever seen. It has a respectable 5ms response time, great color and viewing angles, and is all around incredible to use. You gain an edge in gaming as well, giving you a much wider field of view. The 75hz refresh rate was icing on the cake. It could have been just 60hz, and I would have bought it anyway, but the extra 15 hz is a nice addition. If you want to get a widescreen monitor, this is the one.

I had the LG 34UM57 and elected to go down in size to this 29 inch model. I personally like the 21x9 aspect ration and would say that if you are going with a 1080p display, that you really shouldn't go much larger than 29 inches. I have seen complaints about texts not being as sharp as it can be, but again, would attest this mostly to resolution. With a 34" screen at 1080p, text just simply isn't sharp enough. I find the 29 inch to be a great compromise of both price and size. With movies and games, this may not be an issue. I even took the time to watch some Silicone Valley on it last night and found the picture to be very good. Pros: - Clear display - 1080p support - Matte screen/display - Multiple viewing modes - 21x9 ratio makes for great split screen productivity use Cons - Not as sharp as 4k monitor - No speakers - 21x9 ratio is not good for videos and games (that do not support it)

Grabbed this on sale for my Mac Mini, and it's a great fit. As mentioned in some reviews, older Macs (including my 2011 Macbook, sadly) do not support this wide resolution. Check your model; if it's compatible I definitely recommend going WIDE!

Love the wide screen. It allows you to open many applications. However, this monitor does not have speakers.

Perfect screen, good size and easy to adjust settings

We need some mid level graphic card to use this monitor, Intel display anything above HD4000, AMD above 5000 to make it work on wide display(2560x1080) otherwise it wont work. only on 1920x1080 especially in windows 10. this monitor good for reading with split screen so 2 or more page in single screen. This not great monitor compare other.

The good is that this monitor quality is great! Which is why I am so disappointed. On LG's website, I researched this monitor to make sure this particular monitor offers Picture By Picture (PBP). On LG's website it says yes right next to the features. After picking up my Monitor and hooking it up, immediately I thought I went crazy or that this monitor was defective. I emailed tech support with my questions (as it was 3am) and the next evening, after not seeing any response, I decided to chat with Tech Support for LG. The person I talked to assured me that I had a defective monitor. I prepped this to return, and recieved an email from a different person from LG which said I was misinformed and that this particular monitor does not offer PBP. After replying twice and waiting for 5 days I have not heard anything back. Moral of the story, even though the website says yes, confirm with email before buying.

I am super impressed with this monitor. As a film and television editor I wanted something that would give me lots of room to expand my timeline. Well this baby gives me ample room. Great response time as well.

I love that I don't need two monitors to view everything that is needed for my job. It's also great how it splits two programs evenly within the screen. My only dislike is that it spreads the words wider, which took a little bit to get used to.

This monitor size is excellent to work in excel and others features. the screen is so sharp and clear. I recommended this cheap monitor.

This monitor is amazing. I can view my super wide spread sheets in excel and edit without ever scrolling. It is also very sleek for its size and has beautiful picture quality.

The wide screen is very practical. I often am using an application on the left of the screen and look something up in another application on the right of the screen!

I really thought I would like this monitor more than I did. Coming from a normal 25" everything on this monitor seems smaller and harder to read. The extra space on the sides of the screen for gaming is kinda nice but I was bummed to find that it doesn't support AMD FreeSync (one of the guys in the store told me it did). I also wish that it was a bit brighter. I'm not a big multi-tasking person so I didn't use the multi-screen setup that much, but it was neat to not have to scroll sideways on the screens. I would recommend this to someone who is a big multi-tasker or gamer who wants that extra view on a budget. I think for everyone else either get the bigger screen or keep looking.

I bought this monitor due to its extended size as well as being able to connect multiple devices. Worked great for about 2 weeks and then suddenly just died. I took it back to the store and they had none left to replace it with so I had to go with another monitor. I am not saying its a *bad* monitor as sometimes you do get a bad egg. I gave it 3 cause of it dieing. If I had a chance to get a replacement it might have gotten more.

I was a little bit disappointed when I set this monitor up. I am used to a better screen and it is not the best for reading articles on, the text has to be enlarged in order to read it comfortably. I also read that it has built in speakers but I cannot get them to work, I chose for the audio to play on the speakers in the monitor when I set it up with my desktop and when I open the volume mixer it shows that it's playing on the monitor's speakers, nothing is muted anywhere, but no sound comes out.

Its an amazing ULTRA WIDE monitor .The resolution is sharp and clear .I really enjoy playing PS4 games and web surfing.

We bought this to setup in home office and the monitor size is big and perfect for the days we work from home.
