I spend a significant part of my work day at the computer managing spreadsheets - i should have gotten this monitor years ago - its perfect windows ten and this moinitor work incredibly well together

If you use a laptop as your desktop like I do you need this monitor. Without a docking station it's all but impossible to run two monitors. While this isn't the same as two monitors it's close enough.

Bought this with no research as it was recommended by an employee and it was on a super sale. Installed on my sons gaming computer, now I'm considering buying one to replace my 2 screen workstation.

Great value for monitor and very clear picture. Extremely light and easy to move around. Be careful if you expect it to replace 2 monitor set-up. More like 1.5 and if you use onscreen software to split screen it's not 2 16x9 screens.

This is a peculiar monitor. It is one of the few that has an ultra wide format and is great for video games. That is not why I bought it, I bought it as an in home supplement to my Macbook Air and it works great in that mode. The resolution could be better (this is not a Thunderbolt after all), but that blame is more on the Air than the monitor. Anyway, I have it mounted (VESA) to an articulated arm and it serves my purpose perfectly. The price absolutely could not be beat.

This monitor is the perfect upgrade for the PC user on a budget. It may not be 4K or support super high frame rates, but what it does is give you pristine 1080p picture at an aspect ratio that once you experience you will never want to stop using. Everything from games and movies to office programs and web browsing becomes and more immersive experience. You can watch films the way they were meant to be watched, type up documents while being able to see more than one page, and experience your games like never before. The only real downside is that if you have a Nvidia graphics card, accessing the 75Hz mode is kind of difficult. Luckily you should only have to set the up once.

If you are looking for an ultrawide monitor for productivity purposes this thing is great. I cannot comment on how well it would work for gaming purposes but I have used it for audio editing and watching movies and have enjoyed it.

Got it on sale for $229.99. Love it since it is very wide so I can run two programs at the same time. It could be much much better if it had been made for 4 K, but the price would be over $600.

Use this monitor for editing photography and videos. Works great and very affordable. The wide screen helps a lot with the workflow on my Adobe programs. Have several screens open at a time.

Great entry-level UW monitor. Above average picture quality, and UW experience is excellent overall; much more productive! Only wish it had more inputs (just has two HDMI and audio IN).

I replaced the two monitors that i had for this awesome wide screen LG and I can do so much more, dual screens, wide screens, and watch full screen 21:9 movies. Great monitor for the price.

A little history about what I had first. I was using a 43" 4K TV and while I kept saying to myself that I was fine with the size I knew deep down that it wasn't. So I figured I would dip my toe into the Ultra Wide Pool and I think I did ok. The size is way smaller then what I was using. It is as wide as a 32" LCD tv but not as tall. That is the only part I had to get used to. The clarity was awesome. I don't seem to get the ghosting or blur that some complain about. I think it all depends on you video card. I mainly got this so I could play Star Citizen. It looks beautiful on the LG. I think if you questioning on whether or not just do it. You won't be sorry.

Love the screen and the ability to split multiple ways. Only issue is it is a bit short top to bottom which takes some getting use to but it is awesome once you make your adjustments.

I love this screen. My only issue (and I knew it going in) is that it is a widescreen resolution, meaning it is 2560x1020. Its more rectangular than square, but it performs flawlessly.

So much real estate on this thing, I love it. Could only be better if it were 4K. The on-screen controls for adjustment are not great but adequate, at the price it's not a con.

Loved the split screen feature. It allows many different configurations and up to 4 zones. Great as a TV as well when paired with roku. only downside is the few input ports available.

I love this ultra wide. I was hesitant on getting one instead of 2 monitors, but this thing is awesome. The wider viewing screen gets me way better fov on video games. If you're a person who needs more than one web page up at a time or need to work on multiple things at once like video editing and other things this is where it's at. With it's special software you can split the screen in many different ways and attach a program to each divided spot. When watching videos though if isn't supported you will have black bars on the side from videos. The only downside at the moment is just the blinking LED light when it's on standby, but I'm not sure if that can be turned off. The color is good, but This is my first IPS display so I can only compare it to monitors I've had before and IPS is definitely a better quality picture for sure. If you're looking to game on this or have a more productive work space on screen this is the way to go. I also was debating between the 21, 25, and this 29 inch display but I'm glad is pent the extra for the 29 inch because if it was a smaller size it would feel much smaller. My old 21 inch regular wide screen is the same height as this if you need a comparison obviously this is way wider.

I purchased this monitor for my home office, for work and personal use. I love the wide screen and prefer it over the two small monitors I was using. Hook up was super easy.

Just an overall great monitor. If you've never used an ultra wide you're missing out. So much better then 2 separate monitors. The software is compatible with Mac and PC.

Love this giant screen! Currently hooked up to my Mac Mini but I am thinking about taking this to work as my daily monitor! Great Christmas pricing also. Highly recommended!!!
