I purchased this device open box, excellent with excitement. I have a brand new LG C3 OLED 77'' and thought this would be great to integrate with it. Unfortunately, despite being listed as excellent condition, my device was not in a box, has cosmetic defects and lacked the synergy bracket for attaching it to my TV. Best Buys says excellent condition open-box items "look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement)." If the OEM or Best Buy can find me a bracket, I think I will keep it as the sound is quite good. However, if I cannot find a bracket I will likely return it, as there are better options even at the open box price I paid. Best buy offered to credit me the $20 difference between excellent and "good" conditions, but the accessories are why I purchased it at all. The rep at the store felt the bracket was not an essential accessory, but I disagree, and LGs marketing certainly makes it seem a core part of the product (see image).

It's a perfect TV and Sound Bar Set up. I did my research and waited for a great sale. . The picture is wonderful, The true blacks and whites are amazing. Everything looks great. Any light that comes into the room does not affect our viewing pleasure. Where there is a dark movie scene I can see it perfectly. The Sound Bar mades it sounds like we are in a theater. The Smart TV aspect is easy to use and works very well the TV and sound bar also work perfectly with Apple TV. This is TV and Sound Perfection. This soundbar bundled with the TV for a great discount Also as a Total member I saved an extra $135 over the sales price. I can Highly recommend this LG TV and LG Soundbar.

Fantastic sound bar without the extra speakers. My grandma can keep it on a lower setting and still hear crystal clear.

Paired this with a LG C2 EVO 55" and love the way it sounds! Has a wireless subwoofer included too! It is great that you can connect it to the LG C2 or C3 TV with it's included stand. Looks and sounds amazing!

Good sound quality. Just wish it would stay on when I turn on my tv. Instead I have to hit the power on the tv and then the power on the soundbar and wait for it to connect.

Got this to go with my lg OLED C TV. Hook is great and easy. Sound is good but I can't say that it's great.

Looks perfect right underneath my 83 inch tv with excellent sound vivid sound all around. I have to even lower the volume because it’s so loud
