This soundbar was easy to set up and get going. The woofer, all I did was put it into position and plug it in, it did all the rest. I have it hooked up to an 55" LG Q series TV. The sound is beautiful. I did but the LG rear speakers that work with this soundbar, but really didn't need them.

Sound quality, clarity and bass cannot be beat in a soundbar at this price!

Been looking to upgrade to dolby atmos for sometime from a Samsung 5.1 that was good . Since, I wasn't in a rush I been reading reviews but, leaned towards LG to go with my OLED C1 TV. When, I saw this one on open box special even found the matching rear speaker set available on open box the deal was too good not to purchase. I am even more impressed with the whole sound and ease of hooking it up too.

Took a second to get it set up. At first I wasn't impressed but once I downloaded the LG sound bar app and updated the system there was a massive improvement. Watching a action movie the explosions will shake the house. The sound quality is impressive. My son who is a toddler watches trains on the TV the subwoofer makes it immersive. Would definitely recommend.

Very good sound bar but the bass is okay when used for tv/streaming. You have to have it really loud to get some type of bass. But when using bluetooth or YouTube for example, it’s so loud that you’d have to keep the volume low. Would not recommend if you live in an apartment. But in your own house, go ham baby!

really amazing sound bar! vocals are clear and up front while sound effects are projected through the other speakers and does a amazing job making it sound like a true surround sound system without the extra speakers. and the subwoofer is very very deep and clear! best sound bar ive ever owned.

It’s clean and crisp sound. Easy to install. Pairs easily with TV. Although it comes with a separate remote, it works great with the tv remote. It detects the type of sound (movie, music, etc) right away. Easy to adjust.

I have the soundbar paired with an LG C1 and it is amazing. The sound is perfect in my living room, shakes the sofa when the intense movie scenes. I also have the PS5 and XBox series X and the sound quality it amazing. I have it connect via EARC 3 HDMI. Would recommend to all.

I don’t know too much about sound quality but I can say that this sound system works great. The sub woofer is good as well as the sound bar. It gives you that cinematic experience if you use it alongside an OLED TV. I got the LG OLED TV and connection between tv and sound bar is easy. It can also be used by itself (i.e., using Bluetooth connection) . Overall I think LG did a good job here.

Very glad i purchased this soundbar. Sound sounds amazing the bass really makes a big difference compared to my old one.

It sounded really good The only reason I returned it was because the 5.1.3 went on sale for the same price and why not have more speakers? But it sounded really good,Atmos filled the room well. I would have kept it had the other one not gone on sale . Easy setup, volume works with the remote or app.

Got this for my dad for his birthday. Huge improvement over his tv alone. Fills his living room with rich sound and solid bass (he did keep the sub right behind his chair lol).

Love this sound system! It practically set itself up and connected automatically with our LG tv. The remote didn’t work at first until I realized I had stuff sitting in front of the remote sensor!!! Silly me!! I can connect to it with my phone and play any playlist without going through the tv!!! Awesome!!! I can add rear satellite speakers later as desired. Too cool!!

Purchase 06/06/22. I returned the LG Dolby DBTS 3.2.3 and grabbed this model largely bc I thought there was something wrong with the Bluetooth connectivity. Plus I wanted a little more speaker with my sound bar. Turns out I don’t know if there’s a significant difference between the two versions for the price difference. The sounds is pretty fantastic and you won’t be disappointed watching movies, TV, sports or music as there’s different settings to enhance each. It’s worth mentioning that I live in a modest apartment so this is more than perfect and I’m glad I have cool neighbors that don’t yap to the landlord while I’m watching movies. If you’re looking to upgrade for a full on theater you’ll need bigger. That being said there are a few things that will inevitably drive you nuts and why I gave four stars and not five. My previous sound bar was an Omni Polk, very basic model, however it epically allowed a separate volume control for the sub, this does not. The other big downfall is the Bluetooth, which I use daily with my iPhone and is an essential part of how I use this sound bar. Also turns out there was nothing wrong with the other LG sound bar I returned, they just suck. It erroneously disconnects at different times, could be 10 minutes of use or 2 hrs. If you get a phone call the LG sound bar completely servers the BT connection. If you change modes such as to HDMI then immediately back to BT the connection also servers. Every time you have to reestablish the connection between BT and your device. Huge thorn in the side. With the Omni Polk I never experienced this issue. It would stay connected all night while I slept, using the phone or switching to other settings. Lastly the LGs seem to power off on their own periodically. PS I’m not a techie and the setup was very easy, although the instruction book tries not to make it easy.

I have no idea how this soundbar has nine (9) speakers, but it does. There are the expected front-facing speakers for left, right, and center channels. Throw in the two up-firing drivers for Atmos overhead effects and a third up-firing driver for dialogue, the overall sound is incredible! With this excellent sound quality from the soundbar, I HAD to get the rear surround speakers. This $99 is one of the best purchases I have made this summer. The sound is great with HDMI hooked to the Dish receiver. Splurge and purchase a quality digital optical cable to connect a 4K TV and, the Dolby Atmos and DTS:X sound fills the room. This is amplified by the AI room calibration works by optimizing the overall sound based on the acoustics of the room. It’s neat to turn this on and hear the soundbar adjust itself and increase specific speaker volumes according to the signal quality of the program and room diagnostics. Let me add, connection took minutes.
