Great washer, very efficient, saves on your utility bills. Very quiet and does the job !! I'm glad I invested the money to purchase this washer. As the saying goes " great things no cheap, cheap things no great!".

The wash machine is new to us... using the front load. Definitely more efficient ...uses less water and electricity! Best Buy's Staff did a great job of explain the product and the installers were excellent. At first we wanted stainless; but, the color white is just fine. Soap and Bleach dispenser is conveniently located and requires little in the way of maintenance. We have tile floors and in the past the washer would tend to move about. The new washer is very stable and stays in one spot. All controls are located near the top and are well laminated so there is no bending over and the lights in the laundry room do not have to be turned on to set the controls.

I was told that front louder washer doesn't wash well, this is not was not true, this LG washer washer is an excellent product, same as the dryer, Best of all, is energy efficient

Great product at a great price. I like that it weights the load so you don't have to guess what load size to use (small, med or large). Good performance. Quiet. I really liked it!

This washer works well enough with just a little water and detergent...but wondering about the amount of water in bottom front filter after just a couple of loads. Don't like the idea of having stagnant water pooling in there which could cause bacteria to grow. Use the spin cycle...turn washer on, touch the spin button...spins for 15 minutes, to get all of the water out of the bottom filter hose. Will not come out by itself when draining it normally. I do it after all the washing is done if I will not be using the washer for the next few days. Nothing clogging the filter itself because I clean it as well. Wondering why so many of the LG front loaders have bearings wearing out so soon?

The washer cleans the clothes very good. Clothes come out almost dry, so it saves and water and energy. Good deal!

We bought the floor models of this washer and the matching dryer, they took them back to their warehouse and took all of the floor model scuffs and everything else off of them. The installation team arrived exactly when they were supposed to and had the new washer and dryer in the house in about 20 minutes. Everything with them has worked perfectly, clothes are cleaner than they were with the old top loading agitated washer, and they aren't getting as beat up as quickly. The dryer we got is also much better than our old one and dries clothes in a fraction of the time.

High quality, top performing and appealing look. It's common knowledge that the top three washer/dryer brands on the market today are LG, Samsung and Kenmore and this set supports LG's premier reputation. My only comment is that the washer door opens left and the dryer door opens right so if you have your washer on the right and the dryer on the left its slightly difficult to load washed items into the dryer. Just an annoyance but by no means a deal breaker.

After less than a year our previous washing machine (a top loader) was driving my wife to tears because it never drained right and the clothes always had to go through additional spin cycles just to drain enough water from them to be able to put them into the dryer. I decided to try a front loader and saw this LG at Best Buy. Although my wife was reluctant at first (Surprise! I bought you a new washer 10 months after the last one), after using the new LG front loader for the first time she quickly agreed I made a great purchase.

Great buy with simple operation, quiet for the most part except for the initial fill cycle. Spins clothes very dry and clean clothes very well.

This is a nice looking machine. There are a lot of settings but it's still really easy to operate. I haven't yet figured out how full I can pack it, but so far it's working well. I have it in the kitchen. It's very quiet.

I bought both this washer and the matching dryer after reading the many positive reviews on them. Although I've only had them for a little over two months, I couldn't be happier! Compared to other front loaders, this pair is incredibly quiet. My only complaint is the washer uses short spurts of water when filling the tub, which is a bit loud. Otherwise it's been a great purchase at a very reasonable price.
