My wife and I talked to the sales rep after doing research online. He recommended going with a little more expensive model based on reliability. He was absolutely correct, and we love this machine.

I love the machine. It has many settings, which I'm still exploring. I was not at all happy with the attitude of the delivery/setup guys, but they did get it installed without issues. I am surprised about how much the washer will wash in one load. I also loved getting extra reward points for this purchase.

I've only had the washer for 3 weeks but I know that I'm always going to love it ! I've wanted a front loader for years but waited until my old top loader started having problems to get a new one. It saves me $$ on both water and detergent while still getting my clothes clean. I enjoy the 'jingle' it plays both when it starts and stops.

I really like this washer. It was relatively inexpensive, but appears to be of good quality and certainly a good value. It is very quiet and the clothes come out very clean and odor free.

Great value. Has all the settings you should need for normal usage. Large enough bin to wash comforters and other large items. Only minor complaint is the noise level at the very beginning of the cycle while it weighs the contents of the load to determine water levels...but that only last for a few minutes so not a big deal to me in the grand scheme of things. A great front loading washing machine for us.

So far this LG Washer is working just fine, much quieter than my old Frigidaire. The controls are easy to use, quite intuitive, and the machines sounds--the programing and signals are pleasant.

I used to spent a whole day doing laundry for my family of four. Only to think about made feel tired! With my new washer, the whole experience is so fast and enjoyable, that even my husband wants to it! He loves the colorful digital display, and I love it to :-)

We bought this LG after owning a Frigidaire for 4 years. The Frigidaire broke down and would cost more to fix than to a new washer. My wife researched and found this LG. So far, we are very happy with it.

I am amazed how such a large front loader can fit in to such a small space. I recommend not getting the most low end. This is one step above and is worth it. We couldn't afford or fit in the more expensive models. Read the manual!

There's a funky smell every time the water is pumped out on a drain cycle. Doesn't actually clean clothes as well as old school washer did. Electric gremlins; sometimes need to unplug and plug it back in again (yes, really).

Only had for about a month so I can't review the energy efficiency. But so far so good on the machine's functionality.

Replaced older model side by side and saves plenty of space as well as cleans up room in appearance. Easy to use!

We had to replace a previous model. When we called lg they were able to help us match this model to fit with our old dryer. We ordered online and picked our delivery date. Item showed up on time as promised and was quickly installed by their team. So far machine works great.

Had this for 1 month and use it almost everyday. Looks great, easy to use. Stackable, so it is a real space saver. So happy we did not need to spend an extra $ 200.00 for a pedestal.
