Purchased it as after holiday special deal. Very well done refrigerator, you can see a lot of attention to detail in the design of it, perfect use of the space of the interior.

although I never owne a LG product before, it seems to be of high quality and the price was good.

We got a good deal at best buy, because we also purchased a dryer and both of them were floor units left, so it was cheaper plus both units are discontinued from manufacturer.

I researched HE top loaders and side loaders thoroughly. I probably spent 10+ hours trying to decide which way to go. I felt that the top loaders would not clean clothes well. I finally decided on the LG. I am very happy with my purchase. The washer is very quiet, easy to use, efficient, gets the clothes clean.....It actually spins the clothes so much that sometimes some of the clothes look DRY when removed from the washer. I know the clothes get wet because I see them soaking wet through the glass door. Also another good feature is the door stays slighly open to let air in (when not operating) so the washer does not get a bad smell. I have had this washer for 2 months and I love it. Also got the matching GAS dryer, love it too!!! Only thing I didn't like about my purchase at Best Buy was they tried to get me to buy additional washer hoses. Threatening that the Delivery guys wouldn't hook up the washer unless I did. Well the washer comes with NEW hoses already, which I knew, so buying additional hoses is just a $$ maker for Best Buy...not too happy about that!!

very attractive unit. operates smoothly much smaller than our prior unit not sure why its called extra large capacity. the compartments for detergent, softener and beach are very easy to use.

This washing machine is space conscious and washes clothes efficiently and quickly! I am so glad I chose this brand!

Had to leave machine in MN for move. Had no idea what to buy but when I saw LG at such a great price I knew this was the one. All the reviews were good.

This washer does everything we want a washer to do. It is quiet, and seems to be easier on the clothes. We adjusted the programing to provide a longer pre-wash cycle easily.

Great product, so far so good. My only knock is the time can run a little long. Not a huge problem, but If I had to nitpick it, that would be the minus.

Delivered free, took away old washer, on sale, highly rated brand by CR. Hope it lives up to its rating.

This purchase was for a new house new beginnings and it has proved it's worth so far. It is less than a month old so I hope the trend continues

I had a whirlpool front load before this and the LG puts it to shame. The belt drive is well worth it and it does a wonderful job

Overall good product and decent price. Cleaning the drain filter is difficult if the machine is not raised up on a pedestal.
