This washer is a great washer. Good value for the money. It washes quite clean. It has sufficient capacity. I keep lid open after use to reduce odor in washer.

This washer is amazing! Small yet big tub, does load check for size of load for water amount, uses very little energy, just amazing. The only disappointment I had was in the video it looked like there was a light inside and there isn't but that is small potatoes. I LOVE this washing machine, a small part of me wants my dryer to go so I can get a matching set. LOL. Well worth the money!

The washer cleans clothes great and is really easy to use. The main thing is to read the Manuel and you should have no problems.

The LG washer is easy to use, efficient and a great looker in my laundry room. I like the fact that I do not have to select a laundry load because the LG balances the cloths for the appropriate water load. The HG feature allows for the saving on detergent, That's a great saving.

I love this washing machine. It is smaller and fit down a very narrow staircase. It works wonderfully. Well worth the money!

The washer is very quiet and doesn't seem to use much water. I do notice, however, the clothes do not seem as clean as I would like. I am a bit disappointed with the results of how the wash came out. It's not as clean as I thought it would be even though I am using the HE detergent as designated. Must use hot water for white wash if you want it clean!Overall, it's a decent washer.

This washing machine has a good size, several washing options, and does the job well. Very pleased so far.

This is by far the best washer I've owned. I previously had a front loader and it would vibrate across my laminate floor and this one is so steady and quiet I don't even know it's going. Also, because I have cats I couldn't leave the door open on my front loader and it got smelly. This washer has vents in the cover and the lid also folds down to leave a gap when it's shut so air can circulate. No more smell!

We don't even bother to close the door to the laundry room since we got this dryer. It's so quiet!

I am under 5 feet; this is a problem trying to get the wash from the bottom! I solved this by using laundry bags. Have 3; 1 dark, 1 for whites and 1 for towels, etc. - I sort as I use my clothes so all is ready when I am ready to wash. I wasn't told this was a "HE" washer; had to buy new soap etc before I could wash my 1st load.

I trusted a national consumer advocacy organization's recommendation as a 'best buy' and they were right! I moved from a "traditional" washer with an agitator to this model and I don't regret it. The glass lid allows me to watch the whole process and it never ceases to amaze me how much washer technology has changed. I don't have to choose a water level because it "senses the load" and knows just what is needed. The controls are easy to use and my clothes are clean with an efficient use of water. I'm more than satisfied!

My new washer is so quiet. It is compact yet is .4 cf larger than my old washer.

I’ve had this for a few years and does an excellent job.

This is replacing a 2 yr old Whirlpool HE. Spouse refuses to allow another Whirlpool made product in the home. We chose this LG because the negative reviews around the web seemed focused on improper way to wash with the new HE washers. We had already learned how to use the new HE washers. Basically it does what we need it to do, wash clothes quietly and efficiently. There are several settings to customize the wash for best results. The washer is quiet. It does have a high rpm spin cycle that does reduce drying time. Only time will tell, but we hope that longevity will be another attribute to this washer since it was not with our previous one.

I love the capacity without having the moldy smell of a front loader
