This is a great washing machine. Very quiet. Does a great job.

I love this washer. Do not be afraid to buy it. I load it like it has an agitator(leave a well in the middle).It tells you how long each wash cycle choice will take. I read over the instructions, went to the website for more tips, and my clothes come out clean and fresh smelling. Do not wash really linty things like cheap terry with dark items, lol. I choose the normal spin cycle to be gentler on my clothes. Use the heavier spin cycle for towels. The Best Buy delivery was wonderful. They used the new hoses I bought, hooked it up and leveled it, then checked to make sure all was working. Thank you!

Had it for about a month now and it's been working just as advertised. Very water efficient, super quiet and easy to use. Good price, too. Not sure if it's the machine or not, but it does seem to require multiple rinse cycles to get darks/blacks fully rid of soap residue.

We had to buy a new washer so we researched and found this one. We have a very tight space to put it, so we were limited by depth. This washer got good reviews so we chose it based on that. Basically, it's a good washer, but it does take some getting used to if you've not had an HE before. Feels like it should agitate more in order to get clothes cleaner, but I think we just need to get used to the fact that it doesn't have the center agitator and we need to change the way we wash clothes.

The first washer delivered was dead on arrival. Second unit appears to be fine after a month's use. Getting used to the various options. Had a hand wash cycle on our seventeen year old model which is not available on the new one. Washs well. Holds a lot. Glad we didn't get the larger unit. It is very quiet and plays music when finished - much nicer than a buzz!!!!

After much research and returning a front loading machine, I decided on this top loader. I just love it! I do use the second rinse option when I'm washing dark clothes. Even with the second rinse it still uses much less water than my nine year old top loader. I would suggest trying the different features and watch through the glass top to see which ones you would like to use in the future. This 3.6 cu ft model is just perfect size for a couple or small family.

Once my old washer of 5 years broke down I purchased this user friendly washer and it has been one of my best choices for an appliance. I was pretty hesitant at first because I was so use to the old school washer with knobs and very few knobs. With the LG I've noticed that it's a lot faster, energy efficient, and does not waste or use up tons of water. Best decision I've made this year.

This washer is easy to use. Using less water and shorter drying time because it spins everything almost dry. It was rated a best buy by Consumer Reports. My sales personnel was polite, informative and helped me save money. The personnel's that installed my wash machine were also polite, cleaned up after themselves and attached the water hose securely. I was very pleased!

We purchased the LG top load washer when our Maytag bit the dust after just over 2 years. It was a Consumer Reports top pick. Our clothes are noticeably cleaner with the LG. The quick cycle is also a great feature. The spin cycle does a very good job and has led to reduced drying times. We have had our new LG for a month or so and are very happy with it so far.

Just had an expensive LG Tromm front-load washer & dryer die on me. I was sort of glad because the dryer was broken, and I never liked the washer (loud, smelly, etc.). But I was hesitant to go with LG again. However the price was right, and this washer reviewed well. Really glad I went with this one - very quiet, seems well made, only had it a month but so far I like it a lot more than I ever liked the old one.

I've had this washer for a month and I have no complaints so far. It has all of the load options that I need, I love the load sensing system to save money on my water bill, it runs very quiet which is important for me being in an apartment, I use the delayed washing option to have it start an hour before I get home so I can just throw the clothes in the dryer when I arrive and my daughter loves the song it plays when the clothes are done washing!

Got the washer on discount as a returned item to the store. Dimensions listed on the website were smaller than the actual machine, but it fit at my house just fine. Quiet and self-correcting of off-balance loads are the biggest upsides in my opinion, along with a clear glass top to check on things without stopping the cycle.

The best part of the machine is that ththe clothes come out clean no matter what cycle we use. The machine is extremely quiet. The controls are easy to use. I tried a cold wash and noticed the time to finish was over an hour. I needed a washer that would fit into a small space and this fit my needs perfectly

It's easy to operate and load & unload, I can see through the wash operation and check whenever I want to, the appearance is excellent, quiet smooth and efficient.

I really like my new washer, it is quiet running, and seems to wash the clothes thoroughly. I haven't seen a water bill yet to see if it really is saving me money. My only complaint is that the tub is so deep, I need a step stool to get to the bottom and there is always a little water that gets on the back of my arm when I get the last of the clothes out.

I totally love the machine. Don't know if it's all the machine or different HE detergent but clothes seem cleaner. I thought my dryer was going out but now clothes are dried quickly. Love the controls on front of washer as easy for me to see and use. Would highly recommend machine for anyone.

This washer is great. The bulk setting for towels and bedding comes in handy. The load sensor and smart technology are great additions. One thing is I can do without the music playing at the end to inform you the load is ready.

I read a lot of reviews before I finally decided on this washer. I have had it about a month, and I love it. My last washer was super loud, and this one is so quiet. Sometimes I have to open the laundry room door to make sure it is actually running. The regular wash takes about an hour, but there is a quick wash cycle.

I love the dryer, does a great job at drying the clothes efficiently. Just wish there was a way to select i.e. "Dry for 30 minutes on high" you have to select your dry cycle which automatically selects a dry time and you can somewhat adjust this, but you have to go through a whole lot of button settings. I think once I become more familiar with the settings this will be easier.

Worked as promised from load one. Take a few minutes and read the instructions and then follow them. Clothes come out clean, fast spin removes most of the water saving time and electricity in dryer, uses minimum detergent and water, quiet, well balanced...very pleased so far. Haven't had long enough (about 2-3 months) to judge reliability but so far no problems at all.
