This was one of only a couple washers that fit the space I needed but I'd buy this machine again even if size was not an issue. It's a great washing machine; has all the features u could need & more, plus larger capacity so I'm able to do fewer loads. Spins loads so well that it's saving me dryer costs, as well as water, detergent & time. Thank u Best Buy!

It automatically adjusts the water level so there is no guessing, the clothes are getting clean and it is easy to figure out the settings. It saves a lot of water too! AND very very quiet

Did my research and the LG came back with the best rating in Consumer Reports. So far so good .. no troubles or complaints as of this review date. Excellent customer service at Best Buy when purchasing the unit. All in all a good experience so far! Thanks Best Buy!!

I think this washer serves its purpose and my clothes come out clean and almost dry. Only problem I have is I cannot use a liquid detergent because it spills directly down my clothes from the dispenser due to a missing compartment. This model is the only one different from the other dispensers which I think needs to be fixed by LG.

Using a more efficient machine takes some getting used to. Be careful not to use too much detergent and the lowest spin cycle that will do that job to minimize wrinkles.

I had to switch from a front load to standard due to size of laundry room. I'm very impressed and satisfied with this item. Great price, nice design and capacity. It can hold more loads than expected. A Cycle may run up to 1 hour plus

I've been very pleased with LG. This was bought for a rental property and was a great compromise between price and efficiency. The top loading was a plus over the front loader for older renters who do not like to bend over.

I was searching for a long time to find a suitable washing machine that could squeeze through the small available opening. Success without going through a piece of junk!

I love my new washer. It's my first HE machine and it is so easy to use...just put in your clothes, add detergent, shut the lid, push power then start and away it goes.

It was delivered Jan. 3, it spewed water all over the floor. I complained on the 800 number, and the same guys who delivered it came to pick it up on the 6th. But they didn't fill out any forms that it was returned. On 1/10, i bought another washer, the mate to the Whirlpool dryer i bought. It was delivered on 1/15. Yesterday, I got billed for all three items. I had to drive back to Dayton, the THIRD time since the first one malfunctioned. A censored response is the mildest expression I can use to describe my feelings about the whole situation. Someone called this afternoon to say that it's all been worked out, but not to expect to see it on my bill for another month or two.

This machine was on sale. Very good buy. Rated well in consumer evaluation sites. Easy to operate. Cleans clothes well.

This washer is quiet, has more volume, and actually takes several minutes less for a load, it uses less detergent. I also enjoy the adjustable settings features that are easy to use.

Runs very quietly. Leaves the clothes clean and barely damp after the spin cycle is finished. It does seem to have times when there is not enough water. So, I restart it and it adjusts the load with more water. Otherwise, I love it!

I never understood the attraction of the front loader. Top loaders are so much easier to maintain. This model does it at a great price.

After looking at and reviewing many washing machines, I am glad we went with this one. It cleans well, there are many different cycles. It is easy to use and it is quiet.

Wanted the best washer for my money, and CReports #1 rated washer has not disappointed me. Amazing technology, energy efficient, quiet; this washer does it all!
