I bought this oven in August but it was installed at the end of September. The oven is very good nice looking but came with no bottom metal trim. I spoke with a person working in a store but he didn't have an idea of what to do. I am so disappointed!!!. I paid a lot of money!!!!

There is no trim piece for the bottom of Oven, black vent is exposed, need a black-stainless trim piece to make it look right.

Great Oven that's packed with quality and features. Black stainless really helps with kids or a busy kitchen

Just cooked Easter dinner and found it this oven was easy to use without even looking at the directions. It looks great in my kitchen and I love the blue color inside of the oven! I love the little sounds it makes So you know you are at your preheated temperature.

Love the look of the LG oven. Delivery wasn’t great as I was told they could not install because opening wasn’t big enough. Also the delivery people would not have been able to hook it up as electric was a non plug in, had to be hardwired to s junction box. No where did I see that in the advertisement. Said there was a electric cord so one assumes, it is ready to plug in.

This was a purchase to replace an existing built-in oven. We went with LG because we wanted a product line that was reliable and good quality. . . . not sure we found what we set out to find. Simple to use, but we have found doesn't matter if baking in conventional mode or convection mode, the center of what is getting cooked does not cook as quick as the left side. Small pan, large pan the left side will be almost burnt when the center is finally done. We have ended up turning the pans about half-way through and tried sliding them around on the racks but still the center just does not cook at the same speed as the left side.

Have not used much since installation as having kitchen redone. Had wiring and electric box checked to ensure all was in order before use as other reviews indicated problems. Yes, convection gives background noise that standard ovens do not have and runs for some time after finishing. Still learning some of the digital buttons to get timer and oven shut off as needed, but that is like learning any new system.

I really like this oven. Even cooking temps but I don’t notice that it cooks faster with the convection bake option. It does cook evenly throughout. I don’t like the quick clean steam option. This is too messy and doesn’t clean any better than just wiping it out yourself after a spill. I would recommend this oven.

I really like the baking alert when the cooking time is over. It doesn't stop until you shut if off, and therefore, you don't burn your meal if you step out of the room. I like that it has the convection option as well, but haven't used it but a couple times so far. I have noticed that the oven cooks faster on the top shelf than the bottom, anything on the bottom rack will need to be moved to the top rack and finish up there, or be left in a bit longer than the suggested baking time.

The oven itself is great, but the dimensions are wrong, its required cutting off a few inches of my cabinet to get it to fit.

We’ve only used it a few times after doing the initial pre-clean and it seems to be operating very well. My only concern is that the racks don’t slide smoothly.

We purchased this oven to match our dishwasher and refrigerator that we purchased last summer. Oven looks great and works well. First time to have a convection oven, so have not used it yet. Temperature runs a little hot, but that is ok. Did not come with bottom trim inside the box when assembled and Best Buy has not responded to our request to get us another one.

Love the cleaning capabilities and easy to use. Looks great with accompanying microwave and trim kit.

We have only had this oven for less than one month and for now it is working and looks just fine hope we can still say the same next year
