I bought as a open box came in brand new condition and it is amazing it cooks super fast and the oven is great

The cobalt blue oven is very attractive and cleans up really easy, the stove top is very easy to clean, love the different size burners, especially the Super Boil one, like the 5th burner feature, oven bakes great

We have only had the oven delivered a few days ago but we really like it. I like the blue interior finish. I makes it easier to see the food inside.

As many of the other reviews have indicated - this is a great product. I was lucky enough to get it on sale. Nonetheless, I believe it's worth it's original price (but if you can get it on sale - just smile).

Looks great and works as well as anything else I've used. Little hard to clean the metal grates on stovetop but not a real issue.

I ordered the LG french door refrigerator and this gas range and over the range microwave. And I'm so happy I did. I love the super boil burners along with the center oval burner with the griddle. We made pancakes the other night and they turned out perfect. Thank you LG for great products.

I bought this oven during the 4th of July sale and saved $100. The delivery crew showed up as scheduled on July 3. When they tried to install it, they realized that I had the wrong size gas line fitting. This stove requires a 1/2 inch fitting and my neighborhood was built with 3/4 inch fittings. The installation crew does not carry any parts to convert the pipe. The next day I went to the local hardware store and bought the reducer I needed for about $6.00. The crew came back out a couple of days later (it being a holiday week) and were able to finish the installation in just a few minutes. If you are considering purchasing this oven/stove, make sure you have 1/2" pipe (or the needed hardware to reduce it). The knobs look like stainless steel but are just lightweight plastic. The knobs are situated just over the oven door and I'm concerned they might melt if the oven door is left opened for any length of time (this is discussed in the owner's manual). Cleaning the stove top around the burners must be done by hand as the spill tray is a permanent part of the stove. It cannot be removed to wash in the sink or dishwasher. The oven interior is a brilliant cobalt blue (my wife insists it's purple) and is very well lit with the provided interior light. This is not the first gas stove I have owned. My old one seemed to have the burners closer to the grate than this one. Because of this, the heating time is slower. My old stove could boil water in a filled six quart pasta pot in about 10 to 12 minutes. This new one takes nearly 20 minutes (even with the one high BTU burner). When the oven reaches the set temperature, it emits loud, annoying beeps (and flashes the oven interior light) for about 30 seconds. This "feature" can be turned off (instructions in the owner's manual). I haven't had the chance to verify the accuracy of the oven temperature yet, but it seems to run cooler than my previous oven. The owner's manual indicates there is a way adjust the temperature reading +- 35 degrees. Overall, I am fairly pleased with the appliance.

I bought a slightly older model then this one. I bought it based on looks, price, and perceived value. The looks are what they are and I like it. After 1 month the ignitor kept firing. I had to unplug it and a service person came by. It has not done that since. The grill sits high above the burner so it appears to waste gas if you want to simmer on a low heat. Lastly, We never used the middle burner until recently and the knob was broken (the plastic housing was cracked). It likely came broken but I did not check at the time of delivery. I had a second knob break while a cleaning person did their thing. I called to get it replaced and the cost of each plastic knob was over $70. Unbelievable. I complained to no avail. This also occurred to a friend of mine. I am very disappointed with LG's support of their product. Hidden costs my friend. Look elsewhere for a better product, I will.

We saw that this oven got great review on Consumer Report and LG website, but when we went to buy it at Best Buy we saw that the one reviewer gave it one star. It is really a shame he had a bad experience, we love our oven. And LG customer service is wonderful. Our oven had black knobs and all the pictures on the website had stainless knob. I called LG got a real person, did not wait on hold forever, and got the stainless knobs shipped to me. I could not be happier. My only negative is it only come with 2 rack, my old oven had three. I solved that problem my buying another rack for under $25, And the fifth burner is not for the flat griddle. No big deal for me I really do not use my griddle that often. I love the super boil function. You can get water boiling for pasta in no time. We cook alot in my house for our family and extended family so this stove is getting a work out. We get alot of compliments from our friends and family. They say it looks like a professional chef's stove. I highly recommend this oven.
