BB was informed over 30 days ago by another customer and no change to the website. I received a product that was not as described on the website. The only offer from BB was to return and repurchase something else. Bad customer service.

After that, it barely kept my bedroom cool. I cleaned the filter often and drained it when needed. Unfortunately, it was not a good investment.

It doesn't cool down a room (less than 350 sq ft) quick as you need to point the tube outside from the window (and the hot air comes in since the plastic mount has some gaps from the window). It feels cool if you stand right above it though. However, it is not what I was looking for in a portable AC.
