USB C didn't work

Because of that, the USB downstream ports also didn't work. This seems to be a common problem with this monitor, I went with a 34" Samsung TAA monitor instead.

Thought it was the computer so I tried 3 other computers and even took my computer to apple to make sure it wasn’t my computer. Was extremely disappointed.

Screen is static Frey it doesn’t easily connect using cords that come with it and others ) it flicks in and out and has a loud humming sound, No help from Manufacturer. It doesn’t respond quickly either - I hate it but don’t have the box to return it as I assumed quality wound be great at price over $550. I’ll never but an LG. Monitor again abd don’t recommend anyone buys this one.

Seems to be a defective model

It doesn't turn on properly and display does not look right. I contacted LG Support and they told me the model number wasn't found then closed my case. Guess I'll just be returning it instead.

Didn't even last 6 months.

Good monitor but subpar quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This monitor was perfect for my work as you can use multiple apps just like how you normally would with a dual screen but it just suddenly stops working after 3 years. I chose this product as I believed in LG quality. I could have gone for cheaper options during that time but I thought it's okay to pay a little bit more if it's going to last longer but it did not. The price to repair is also more expensive than buying a new one. I just hope LG could offer more affordable repair options if the product quality is not that good.

I’m overall pleased with the monitor. A better option still might be the Samsung CJ791 if you are looking for thunderbolt connectivity.
