In a dry area like Utah you dont have to worry about the unit leaking water everywhere. Its very nice not to have to drain the AC every so often so it doesnt flood your room.

And there is no setting to force it to stay on, so it cycles. It kept us from sleeping at night because of the loud noise cycling on and off. We moved it to the living room. But it makes conversations difficult due to the noise level. We will be looking into returning it.

Not a big deal just something worth noting. Once locked in place it does hold. Definitely helps Cool the Garage down on those hot summer days.

After that, it barely kept my bedroom cool. I cleaned the filter often and drained it when needed. Unfortunately, it was not a good investment.

BB was informed over 30 days ago by another customer and no change to the website. I received a product that was not as described on the website. The only offer from BB was to return and repurchase something else. Bad customer service.
