Bought this for work productively and it does just that. Image quality isn't perfect. Sometimes the OnScreen Control app can be glitchy (tho this rarely happens, but when it does it's annoying). OneScreen Control is the app that allows you to screen split. Haven't had any issues with the cables provided in the box.

So far so good. I am loving the extra screen real estate that the 3840 x 1600 is giving me over the 3440 x 1440. It really makes a difference when editing videos. I liked it so much, that I got a second one for my wife and I'm considering a third for my music station.

Purchased over 2 years ago and this monitor has been amazing. Works great for multi tasking where you need multiple windows open. Also works great watching movies, the built in speakers are great sounding. Great for playing video games as well

I have purchased this monitor to view multiple open pages and programs at a time, and it has exceeded my expectations. All pages are full and clear, the options to go from one to multiple pages are great and only a click away. It clearly is expensive but well worth it. Everyone in the office wants one. That is clearly a downside as outfitting the whole office isn't an option. Overall would purchase it again.

LG always seems to do a great job on their IPS monitors, like this one. There are always great, saturated colors and a sharp resolution. I'm looking for a large Ultrawide productivity monitor, however, and there were some issues with this one. First and foremost is LGs insistence on having a white back to this (and many other) monitor. It doesn't look great, and when I need something unassuming and clean for my office, this just won't do. It's a shame they don't just offer black and white options, so the buyer can choose. Additionally, there is no built in KVM switch. I have 2 MacBooks - one for work and one is my personal laptop. I'd like to be able to plug both into a single Ultrawide and be able to switch back and forth with a KVM switch for the keyboard and mouse. This isn't an option on this LG. Between that and the off-putting color, I returned this one.

Monitor was easy to assemble and has great picture quality. Small problem with OnScreen Controls. They did not work the first time so I had to reinstall driver, but then they work fine. And the monitor picture, even at full width mode, does not go edge to edge for the entire screen. This was disappointing.

The monitor quality is amazing. I have an LG 27 4k monitor and decided to get this one. The wide screen is great if that is what you are looking for. I personally never tried an ultra wide and I did not like it. If you are interested in an ultra wide, I would 100% recommend it.

Liked it so much that my wife and I decided to buy a second one so we wouldn't have to fight over who got to use it. We had tried a LG 34" flat screen but it couldn't compare to this 38" curved screen. We also happen to be using 2 newer computers that have high end GTX Graphics Processors for rendering 3D video and high res photos so this monitor has the 4K resolution to show the real detail that we wanted for Photoshop and graphic design work. We now own 2. They are impressive. Also they have Data Port as well as HDMI inputs.

Very nice monitor. Excellent picture quality and a lot of room for multitasking. The size took a little getting used to but once everything was set up, I quickly adapted.

I use this curved monitor with my 2017 MacBook Pro and it works great! Provides plenty of workspace and I have not had any issues with flickering.

Good thing I am not a gamer, otherwise, I would have been underwhelmed by the AMD FreeSync, which is not compatible with my Nvidiia SLI GPUs. Other than that, best word processing monitor I have ever had.

Exactly what I was looking for for work. A large plug-and-play curved screen. Easily replaces my dual screens and the split screen software is great.

I was using 2 smaller monitors and this one will show me up to 4 different monitors!

I am pretty happy with this screen. I used to use 3 screens on lcd arms, and always wished I just had one large curved screen. Has to be seen to be appreciated.

Excellent quality and performance. I don't do gaming, but software dev and it's great. Allows multiple panels open for productive work.

This is a fantastic monitor, allowing me to go from two to one. Resolution is outstanding.

Great Monitor. Great in Bright Atmospheres and even in the Dark. Very Clear and Crisp Screen and Looks Great.

I really wanted a single monitor where I could do my coding on. This monitor delivers. The resolution could be better, but it’s perfect for my needs. Only con is the USB C not working as expected with my MBP

This 38" 4k Monitor is hooked up to my Apple MacBook Pro, and it is perfect in every way, super clear, and great to watch movies on. I gave it 5 Stars
